Simply perfect :) We love the peace and quiet of the place! Perfect for a ‘Pause and Reset’ moment especially if you are generally a busy person. The birds singing in the morning adds to the serenity of the place. We are planning to come again :))

The home is lovely! Very well equipped, perfect for having a barbecue. The ideal place to read a good book and relax in a bath. We slept soundly, saw and heard the birds, walked around the friendly and safe neighborhood. Kind and professional hosts to make you feel at home. It was so good! We really want to go back.

This was our third stay at Festina Lente and as always we had the best stay! Hosts Lindie and Greg made us feel welcome with a personalised sign and gift bag. Their attention to detail really makes your stay a very enjoyable one. I can highly recommend this hidden gem!

Anything you need/can think of, the home has it. Including spices for cooking! Super cute welcome surprise upon entry. Our doggos loved the spacious yard area. Loved how light and airy the home is, luxurious beds and linen. Beautiful surroundings for walks and Milk on the Beach nearby was a cute spot for a spontaneous dinner and dessert date. Lindie is also very responsive and accommodating regarding queries. Highly recommend. Well done guys

Everything was as perfect, and clean as it seemed online. Gregg and Lindie are the most thoughtful, fun hosts. They provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the area. The house is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need, and the braai was fantastic. The bedroom is very quite, and we had a very comfortable sleeping. And the hot tub! Wow, so relaxing! The kitchen contains everything you need. The location was incredible. Lindie had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. They went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks Gregg&Lindie and cats for such a wonderful time! We will be back! ;)

Absolutely loved our stay! Location is excellent and near one of the prettiest beaches I've seen. We were 5 guests and there was more than enough room. I especially liked that every bedroom has it's own bathroom. It is clean and cosy and full of interesting things. The hosts added special touches that made us feel so welcome and they were a pleasure to deal with and always quick to answer any queries or to offer suggestions. Their visitors' information book was also very useful and provided so many useful recommendations of things to see and do. All and all a great experience!

The most wonderful hosts ever!! Everything was just perfect when we got there. Beautiful gift from host to guest...enough of everything (crockery and cutlery) bed is so comfy and the most amazing victorian bath(water hot) Enough showers and bathrooms for everyone... its the best get away for a group of people and cosy enough for a couple trying to break away as well. The fire pit outside .. long convos with a glass of wine.....The wall of books upstairs - that you can delve into and just be transported to another world - is amazing..or if movies are your thing..wifi and netflix...whats not to love? Festina Lente we will be back!!
