I cant even give this location 1 star after the way I was treated by Anna the "general manager". I drive for door dash. I had 2 orders to pick up there before 6am. The door dash app notes state that when I arrive to pick the orders if the lobby is closed to go through the drive through to pick up the order. When I did this instead being politely greeted at the window by Anna, instead I was told with attitude that I was not supposed to pick up dash orders through the window. With no disrespect I politely explained to her that I was simply completing the instructions listed on the dasher app. Anna then proceeded to rudely tell me that they don't do orders at this time and that the store os not even open. Again I tried to calmly explain that I am just going by what is shown in the instructions on the dasher app. Anna then asks for my name so that she can report me to door dash and request that I never be allowed to pick up from there again. I am so confused at this point. She closed the window and when I knocked on the window she was refusing to come back and speak to me just kept yelling "you have your order leave" over and over. I told her I just needed to ask her a question. She finally came back and slung the window open... I asked her may I have your general managers name and number she yelled at me telling me that she is the GM. When I asked for the corporate manager information she told me everything is handled through email and told me to look it up online. She refused to give me any other management names or phone numbers. She continued yelling at me and was even leaning out the drive through window a little. Her behavior as a "general manager " was not only rude but very unprofessional! Other than for my deliveries with door dash I will never return to this Hardee's again!

I keep giving this place a try because it's now the only one in town. I'm done after today. at least for a while. it's took over 15 minutes only to get food that looked terrible

Got delivered a order with missing item. I called just to let them know and. The manager got an attitude about it that she had made it herself and all. And I told her I can take a picture of what I got and she said "anyone can take a picture and not have the item on it" that is not a comment a manager says... I had to come to the store and showed her everything I received and was still arguing that she still made it and put it in the bag.. so thus manager got a whole attitude. Not good customer service... thing is with the delivery the bag was complete sealed no one messed around with it. But she was sure she made the order.. I don't care how long she's been the BOSS like she said she needs better attitude and better customer service .

It's all good for me just needs a dang good cleaning inside. The floor is so sticky. And it seems like nobody knows how to take the trash out.

Food is normally great. But if you are in a hurry in the mornings do not stop in here for breakfast. Their drive thru was lined up all the way to the road. People decided to head inside, like myself, to skip the incredibly long line. This did not make the wait any shorter. There were people inside before me that still had to wait 20-25 minutes before receiving their order. And a handful of people had to wait 5-10 minutes before their order was even taken because they couldn't manage the orders they had already taken. But on the plus side all the food was hot and fresh.

Very quick, and my food was perfect. I asked for extra crispy, almost burnt bacon, and they did it perfectly.

We enjoy their breakfast here! The morning staff as always been friendly. They usually have a line but it is worth the wait!

Anna had great customer service skills, they were slammed but she had everything under control and got orders out in a very timely manner!! 10/10

Took FOREVER to get my order and it wasn't even right. The double mushroom and swiss with bacon was a single with no bacon and the regular cheeseburger without ketchup had ketchup and cabbage instead of lettuce. For the price I paid and how long I had to wait my order should have been right.

Was asked to wait to place my order. Waited over 10 minutes, they came outside switched the menu board from breakfast to lunch and then conveniently told me they were no longer serving breakfast. Sleezy people.

Get rid of the Ai. If I go back and there is Ai taking drive through orders I will leave. If I go in and there are kiosking saying order here instead of a person at the register I will walk out. I would rather skip a meal than tolerate this.

I went thru the drive thru and wished I had went inside! They seriously need to hire people that care about customer service! I ordered 2 pork chop biscuits, gravy with both, but gravy on the side. I looked in my bag before driving off,and only saw one gravy ,I mentioned it to thru lady she said ,there was one, because the one container was for both of the biscuits, and I was clearly upset ,but never said a word. Why wouldn't she ask me, the customer, if I would like it like that, or would I like a separate bowl of gravy with each biscuit, is beyond me! Her attitude topped it all off and idk if I will ever go back again ,if the same lady will be working the drive thru! It was morning of October 11th 2023 around 740am Hardee's, do better!

We went to get breakfast this morning and I got 4 cinnamon raisin biscuits and large breakfast meal..our meals were cold and probably sitting for awhile including the hashrounds! And the 4 cinnamon raisin biscuits were not cooked and dough in the middle couldn't even eat them! They need to train their people better because this was disgusting. If you know its been sitting awhile throw it out!! People rather wait on fresh food then get what we got this morning! I will not go back for a very long time!! Do better!!

We get breakfast here about every Saturday and Sunday n they know what we get when they hear our voice when we start to speak

Clean and food was hot as well as delicious. It was about 3. Never had any bad food from there.

It's exactly what you would expect at a Hardees. Decent breakfast sandwiches and weak coffee. Several of our group went next door to Dunkin for good coffee.

On Tuesday morning, June 13, we had late breakfast at Hardee's on Frederica St. As we stood in line and waited to order, we realized that the lady at the cash register was awesome! She was not only friendly, courteous, helpful, and kind, but she went out of her way to make sure each person received what they would like. She seemed like someone who put others first and was a real treasure for this restaurant. My husband and I said we wish other businesses could clone her. Then we sat down and encountered a friend who was leaving. After saying hello to us, he asked if we noticed what a great employee Hardee's had! I put this compliment on Facebook and had several people who said, "I know exactly who you are talking about! She is wonderful!" You must know who she is, too, so please tell her!

Great for fast food. The Staff was extremely helpful and friendly when we visited. The Pricing was very fair for the area and competitor prices. The Service was fast, food was hot, and had good flavor. Restaurant was a little dirty but could be due to staffing shortage.

I love hardee's they are always so sweet and I have the best food fresh hot and fast five star in my book

My go to for fast food breakfast. Even with a long line at the drive thru it takes just a few minutes to order/pick up and be on my way. The service is always friendly, quick and professional.

Just got the Frisco sandwich and it looks like I got half an egg and only 1 slice of ham. I will give it one more try but I'm honestly disappointed.

The ice machine was down and I ordered 5piece chicken straps and fries and Dr pepper no ice and a Angus monster burger came to $19 and had to wait for over 15 minutes dissatisfied 😒

Best thing I can say about Hardee’s is that your food is ALWAYS cooked fresh while you wait, so it’s not sitting under a heat lamp. Greta tasting burgers and fries.

Quick turnaround on orders when the other fast food restaurant is so slow. Breakfast tastes better and worth it even with slightly higher prices.

I wish I could give zero stars. Frisco breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock, cold and tasted awful. Gravy was runny and watered down and tasted like vomit 🤢. Staff was very friendly though.

The chicken biscuit is probably the biggest fast food biscuit, but not as big as they used to be years ago. Still e very good chicken biscuit

They would not honor their download a app and get a free sandwich with purchase of $1 signs after talking to the manager and he agreed as well that it was false advertising but couldn't control what corporate did .

Seriously good food and even better service. I don't eat fast food much, but this Hardee's makes me want to be a regular.
