Very clean. Nice place. No hottub is part of 4 star reason. Pool is on the smaller side as well. Very nice outback by the riverside part. Clean and very well landscaped. Restaurant and bar in the lobby helps to not have to leave for food or drinks.

This is an excellent hotel. Brought my daughter and her friend for her birthday, and the front desk gentleman was very kind and accommodating. Very clean room, bathroom was clean, and the balcony river view was spectacular!! The pool is very big as we had to ourselves. The only issue I could find was the bottom of the pool had algae still in spots but my kids didn't care. Definitely will be back again!

Clean . Decent rooms . Pool nice . Rooms we had was a little aged with minor cosmetic issues. Nothing terrible at all. But for the price derby weekend I think a little detail work is in order. To be clear room was good not traded. But the bathroom could use some caulk and the wallpaper needed some corners glued down. Minor stuff, but stuff not being seen to.

A lil pricey. Good indoor pool...nice modern room. Great view of river and lighted Bridge which is nice at night. Close to park in walking distance. Offers Dove personal products which was nice

We came for a family reunion, got charged the wrong price before we even checked in. There are two elevators to service this entire hotel so you spend a ton of time waiting or taking the stairs. Bartender was awesome but limited selection, the food was horrid and overpriced, fish tacos were frozen fish fingers. The walls are so thin you hear noises all night from every floor. Bathtub is cracked and toilet paper is 1/2 ply, floors were stained, chair was stained, ceiling was stained. Dust was rampant and my mother in law had a cockroach fall on her in her sleep. Night staff couldn’t be less interested in being there or helpful. Cleaning staff was blasting music and leaving people’s doors open as the came and went from the floor. Can’t say enough bad about this place, $400 for what? A water view that gets old real quick? Never again, would of been better off camping in a parking lot.

What a great place! We were in a bind because we had a small animal with us, yet our previous hotel closed their pool before we arrived (which was a major reason my wife and kids wanted to stay there!). Another issue with our previous hotel was scheduling conflict with checkout and my work obligations. My wife and kids were going to have to be in limbo for nearly four hours! However, Holiday Inn came to the rescue! I swung by in the morning before my meeting to check on room statuses and pet-frindliness. They had rooms but we're not typically set up for pets, but Barbara went the extra mile and reached out to her manager and got it worked out! Also, she let my family check in early so there was no limbo between hotel transitions! I can't say enough good things, especially about Barbara who assisted us. I highly recommend Holiday Inn!

Good location right by the water, clean and well kept lobby and common area's. Rooms were somewhat clean, Staff could use more training for House keeping on checking the headboard area good wrappers, hair, and debris. But overall a decent location.

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. It's not without flaws, but I was overall pleased with my stay. Unfortunately, it was tainted by housekeeping because I was on a schedule that had me going to bed fairly late and getting up fairly late in the morning. During my two night stay, someone from housekeeping knock on my door twice each morning. They didn't knock that early, but I had been up late. The first morning of my stay it actually woke me up. I guess I should have gone to the front desk to request a do not disturb hanger, because my room did not have one, but I never got around to that. I mentioned this to the person at the front desk on my way out because I felt like it was a systematic issue and not the fault of the housekeeper, and instead of just thanking me for my feedback, the person started explaining to me how they had to do that because they had to flip the rooms. That's fine, I get that, but I've stayed at many hotels with better ways to make sure they don't disturb guests in the morning. When the person finally took time to understand somewhat of where I was coming from, and that I was missing the door hanger to specifically say do not disturb, they did offer me a choice of refreshments from the snack bar, but I had no interest in that. I actually mentioned the issue out of a hope to help them improve their system and to avoid feeling like I would need to say anything negative in a review. I would be open to staying at this hotel again if the situation arises , but if you find yourself in one of their rooms without a do-not disturb, sign, immediately go down to the front desk and get one. Otherwise, you'll likely have someone awkwardly knocking on your door before 9:30 in the morning.

Barbara the desk clerk was awesome. Immediately made right that was wrong. Very nice stay. Chloe the hospitality service engineer was the bomb. She took such good care of us every meal and drink break in-between.

This hotel is hands down one of my favorite hotels on the planet. I love coming here and watching the boats go down the river. The food is nice, and people who work here. Lots of fun events at the convention center next door. This hotel will always get my vote.

We stayed for 2 nights and left this morning. The room was really clean when we arrived. There where pretty good soaps shampoos and lotions for us there to use, though we brought our own. The facilities where very clean as well, the pool was a little on the cold side but it is the middle of spring still, the gym was very clean and it had free water and a variety of gym equipment to use. The only complaint I have about our stay is that room service didn’t see us once while we where there so our trash cans got pretty full pretty quick and we had to use the trash can in the ice room, but overall we had a great stay at Holiday inn.

Barbara at the desk was so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast coupons provided a delicious breakfast! The staff was helpful and friendly.

This hotel is one of the best places to stay in the area. The restaurant (burger theory) is always great. Request a river view room-- you won't be disappointed. There are balconies that overlook the river in these rooms.

This Holiday Inn is an absolute joke. They are clearly trying to act like a much nicer hotel than they actually are. I stay in 3-4 hotels per weeks and this is the first Holiday Inn I have stayed in that does not offer complimentary breakfast. The morning staff on 11/24 were smug and arrogant when explaining they don’t offer complimentary breakfast. Nobody ever asked me how my stay was, thanked me for my business, told me to enjoy my day, or even a knowledge my existence beyond happily telling me I would have to order and pay extra if I wanted breakfast. My room was very dark gloomy. Lighting was almost non existent, all of the furniture was scuffed, stains on the walls and carpet, and the bedding was filthy. The actual mattress itself had no mattress protector at all on it and was absolutely riddled with stains. This is not at all a normal Holiday Inn location with clean and modernized rooms. Absolutely filthy. This hotel clearly tries to appeal only to higher end individuals who are here to rack up their credit card bills while getting slightly intoxicated at the car (had a group of wildly drunk individuals cram on top of me in the elevator upon check in). Like other reviews say, if you aren’t wearing a suit and tie don’t expect to be treated like a normal human being. Don’t let yourself be fooled by the “river view” executive palace like claim this hotel tries to use to make sales or their cheap scuffed up decor that they use throughout the building to try and look much nicer than they actually are. Take your money down the street to the Hampton. I will never stay here again.

Overall, a fairly good experience. The room is spacious and we got an absolutely beautiful view. However, some of the staff were a bit creepy towards my group. I may have misinterpreted his mannerisms and tone, however, it rubbed us all the wrong way. The rooms were clean and very nice.
