    I can see why yall are only a 2 star doctors office. I've been on hold for 30 plus minutes just waiting for someone to answer the phones. Do people actually work here because I can't tell. Need to find a better facility to take my disabled brother to. No way I shouldn't be able to talk to someone.

    I wish I could have at least seen a doctor to give a good review. I scheduled an appointment with this office as a new patient a month and a half ago. I get a confirmation call yesterday, then today get a call stating that they will have to cancel my appointment due to the doctor having an emergency. I call the office to reschedule and they push the appointment back another month. I ask if there was any way to fit me in earlier as I had already made this appointment so long ago and I have a medical issue that needs to be addressed. The woman on the other line who never gave me her name told me in a very unprofessional manner that all doctors are busy and there is nothing until then, too bad. I understand that scheduling is a beast in the medical field but to be disrespected like this is so frustrating. Patient first it is I guess, I won’t be using gbmc family medicine in the future.

    Never ending ringing phones that go unanswered. No one pays you the courtesy of calling you back after leaving multiple messages. Is this new? I’ve never called before and not had my call answered. Did the building burn down or something? Because I don’t think anyone works there anymore. Not even at the height of this COVID crisis did somebody not pickup the phone or return a call. Time to go doctor shopping! Call hold times have not improved. Once I was on hold for 25 minutes called back later in the day, on hold for 11 minutes and counting… Once you get through everyone’s great!

    I have been trying to contact Dr. Kevin Carter all morning and phone was busy! Nobody is answering the phones! I was in ER over weekend and a lady from the office Janice called and left a voicemail message telling hopefully I was feeling better and if any questions please feel free and call the office to make a appointment with Dr. Kevin Carter as a follow up! I’m not feeling better and needs more medicine and wanted a appointment asap, but is ashamed nobody is answering the phones!! I have called over 6 times this morning!! Is now 10:59am October 14,2021.

    It's absolutely ridiculous that these people NEVER answer the phone. I have called for hours while at work, spent my whole lunch break on hold waiting for an answer and still no answer. This is a place of business and it is absolutely unacceptable not answering the phone for customers.

    If they schedule your appointment with Dr. Talwar cancel immediately. She will ignore and incorrectly documented your concerns. Don't risk your health. There are plenty of doctors who care. Dr. Cross is amazing!

    Dr Miller is by far the best PCP I’ve ever had. He’s patient and cares a lot about his patients and their progress towards their goals and overall optimum health. I’ve sent my whole family to him Moving forward and I will continue to recommend him!! Thanks Dr Miller. Tamara Taylor

    Judith won’t show up and you need to keep on rescheduling the appointments.. this happened to me not just one time.. couple of times.. to make it worst, GBMC will inform you just 30 minutes before the appointment..

    No one is answering the phones between 1:50pm and 2:30pm on Monday 02282022. I should have read these reviews before choosing this doctor's office! My doctor only gave me 2 out of 3 referral documents, now I'm at Advanced Radiology just wasting my muthafukin time!!

    I had discomfort when breathing and previously had a sharp pain when breathing. Also told the doctors about a click I heard in my chest. They were not willing to let me come in and only did a virtual visit, telling me if it is that bad to go to the ER. After my virtual visit the doctor, they said it was probably just a viral infection, turns out I had a collapsed lung after visiting an urgent care clinic and getting a chest xray. Then I called GBMC to get advice on if and when I should go to the ER after certain symptoms, the doctor didn't get back to the nurse until the next day so an entire day went by before they got back to me. I will not be using GBMCs services again. I would rate them no stars but Google won't let me go lower then 1 star.

    No one answers the phones after 12pm and Dr. Simita U Talwar doesn’t give a d*mn about what’s actually wrong with you or if you get better! She doesn’t seem to even listen to your concerns and she definitely doesn’t address them. I’m extremely upset that my old physician no longer accepts my insurance. This place is the worst!

    These people do not answer the phone. Every time I call I’m on Hold for 30+ minutes and they don’t answer. Please get your phones fixed. Do not go here go elsewhere.

    Doctor Ben-Zev dumped out my sample without my knowledge. I had to contact her to have another sent out just for me to be accurate about my diagnosis. Put in a blood work request without speaking to me about it. Does whatever without discussing with the patient

    I wonder if this facility would honor appointments if patient is late? Except for the 'New Patient' appointment, all the appointments I had here were delayed. I was made to wait for too long before the doctor can actually see me. NEVER on time, which is very frustrating!

😠 I arrived at the site at 2:38pm. I checked it and was given the option to wait in my car and receive a text when they were ready. I took that option and sat on a bench just outside the front door of the building for which they are 50 feet away. I waited 18 min and went back in to check on my status....
