I have had 2 outstanding experiences at Mclaren Oakland Oxford Urgent Care! Dr Rahmani, and nurse Elizabeth, and the receptionist were all very capable, friendly & warm! What a great experience for me when I was very stressed out! They attended to my needs, and when I was referred to a specialist, they, too, were kind, caring & capable. Elizabeth the nurse even remembered me when I came in the 2nd time, 4 years later! I have told many people of my wonderful experience at this facility! Gratitude!

Horrible. Rude front desk. Had to go here because of a work injury and was greeted with "you don't have an appointment?" No... I was injured at work... "guess you can't plan a work injury but we only take appointments".... after that was given the run around for 3 months with 0 communication or organization. Getting a script was like pulling teeth. Thank God I was able to skip over them and not have to go back. DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY ARE PRETEND DOCTORS!!

The front desk was a little dismissive, I'm adding a star for my overreaction of a review. Bottom line though, I visited for a covid test and was denied, stating that I need an appointment and must then go through a drive through test. A lot of work for something that is easily performed and could be on the spot. I left and went down the street to the oxford urgent care, they got me in and out and got my results within an hour.

Great place to shoot a horror film though. Very run down, dirty, gross and honestly creepy. Half the building is closed with some weird tubing running through the ceilings that’s pumping some yellow stuff. Half toilets don’t work. Low light. Slow, very slow. Not URGENT at all. I remember coming here as a kid, such a shame to see this place in shambles now.

Kelley was very sweet and helpful, when I grew impatient she continued to assist me and stayed in touch.

Place a joke. Never answer the phone. Never return your message. If you do get in don't waste your time the doctor must got her license from a cracker box

My daughter took my granddaughter there and waited a half hour. The secretary asked what she was waiting for. She said to see a doctor. The secretary said, we won't have a doctor until Monday. This was at 4:00 on a Thursday. To say that she was furious was an understatement! I was too!

Everytime I come to here (which I do often) the front desk is incredibly rude, short and unhelpful. Even when calling to ask to make an appoiment they have a short tone. They constantly spell my name wrong on the paperwork despite have multiple copies of my driver's license and asking for it everytime (I know that is the standard to be seen by a medical provider), but that means my paperwork either doesnt go where it needs or i have to come back to redo it. I work in the medical field, I understand the stress, but being rude is unnecessary.

Went there on oct17 for a sinus infection the doctor decided it was just a virus gave me 1 steroid pill and now I will be going to a different urgent care center to get an antibiotic for the sinus infection that is now turned into an ear infection , the doctor has no sense in understanding what the patient is saying

1/3/2022 visited urgent care the waiting room had several buckets collecting water from the ceilings , and water soaked curtains blocking several other buckets behind the customer counters. The drywall is molded, stained and constantly dripping, shows several months of neglect, the atrium area beyond the waiting/entrance room has lights out/broken, leaking atrium skylights and torn skylight sun filtering material. Really really bad, poor employees! Should be shut down for hazard / health concerns.

Went here for a drug screen for employment. Waiting over 1.5 hours. Short staffed. If they want to serve a community, they need to staff appropriately. Would not reccomend this place
