The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is excellent, and I liked it, but I ordered a caramel latte, but when the order came to me, there is no caramel taste and the drink is bitter. The drink tube is invalid

My wife went to the toilets and they were disgusting Also rubbish was laying on the floor of the cafe area, members of staff would walk by and ignore the mess Costa charge more for their coffee than the average cafe, so expections are higher. We have been to much cleaner Costas

The Costa inside NEXT in the Westgate Oxford…the coffee was actually very good BUT the toilets and tables were disgusting! Shocking considering everybody & everywhere is supposed to be Covid clean and safe! Friday 3rd September at 5.30pm.

Good service nice staff who open doors for those less able to themselves. They also offer to bring drinks upstairs if needed. The spiral staircase is really not a good idea here, when carrying lots of hot drinks on a heavy tray..and having to concentrate on your footing and traffic in opposite direction. Very dicey! Nice coffee though quite annoyed you have to earn a free drink with ten rather than eight hot drinks. Toilet downstairs when working are awful. Nice atmosphere especially for studying and writing which I do.

Always great for a cup of coffee. A lot less crowded than Starbucks

Was relatively quiet when I visited (9:30am on a Saturday). Quick service making my coffee, and there's more seating than you would expect.

Walked in at 5.20pm to have a cold drink on a 27 degree day. Told they weren't doing ice coffees or frappes because the machine had already been cleaned! They weren't closing until 6pm... 40 mins later! The chairs were already on the tables and when we asked if we could sit down the guy sweeping up glared at us. Not being funny but if you don't close until 6pm you don't start packing up that early and you serve the 15 customers in your queue. Terrible service and terrible attitude and staff.

Very Nice service and good coffee.

We ordered 2 coffees (a large cappuccino and flat white) and decided to sit upstairs. It was such a big mistake. Extremely and horribly dirty walls. There was a LOT of dust on them and on the lamps. There were web cobes between lamps. The floor looked as if someone vomited on it. Greasy table :( I have no idea how they can sell food and drinks in those conditions. 🤮 For that reason the coffee couldn’t taste well…

Poor customer service, let a lady use the upstairs toilet but then on following stopped another person going up as the toilets were closed. I would say friend of staff.

Am jolly glad that Coca Cola who own Costa have withdrawn their business from Russia as it means that people with a sense of morality & decency can in good conscience continue going to Costa for their excellent refreshments. The staff in this fine Costa on Queens Street are top notch & deeply dedicated individuals who always put the customer first. Am always impressed by the quality of the single origin coffee & by the soothing atmosphere & general ethos of said cafe. If you need to recharge or get a quick takeaway coffee then this is the place for you. Especially given the reasonable prices & high quality of the refreshments on offer.

I really liked how big the costa is, they have have two floors with seating upstairs. Staff very friendly too.

Ooh dear arrived to buy a coffee end of the hot weather in September. Queuing up to buy a coffee and a cake. When my daughter pointed out to me the flying insects in the cabinet displaying the cakes. She alerted the young man behind the counter who removed two of the cakes shook them off then left them on the back counter. Leaving the cabinet with the flying insects in and the other cakes. Needless to say we left

The treat wasn’t so good and they work with a very dirty surface. They gave us an extra hot drink without asking for it because they had some left of another order and they took quite long in making orders because of the conversation they had going on. The drinks were average Costa drinks but not worth it you could go to the Starbucks nearby or other nice coffee shops.

This is regular latte, wow, compering to the same coffee in Polish Costa Coffee it is much bigger and it ia hot. In Wroclaw Costa you can drink latte, but itis warm not hot.
