Ignore the people who don’t understand how charging speeds work. This place is great other than the 1hr time limit and the poorly maintained facilities but that’s really down to the site owner not FastNed.

Pretty good location but it’s not great for a few reasons. First off, all the chargers at this location are throttled, I got a max of 45kW. Secondly, there is nothing there, nothing to do while you charge, not so much as a coffee shop. Thirdly, there is a charge for the car park, it’s only 20p but if you don’t pay there is a fine.

Expensive but reliable as ever. Bit of a faff having to get a parking ticket for a 1 hour charge stay. Facilities at the park and ride are grim. 1 star for those

The charging station itself is quick to link up with, and pretty fast. The problems are the various bits around it. You must register for parking within 10mins, but the queue for the one machine can often be longer than that. There are signs beside the chargers saying that you can only charge for 45mins. The grotty toilet/tea machine block closes overnight. Overall, not really thought out enough.

Just works, easy to use, gives as much power as the car will take. Even managed to charge with trailer just about. Signage from A34 could be better as sat nav tried to take me into the lorry park.

Excellent fast and easy to use chargers - never had to wait for one either. Only facilities are toilets. Don't forget to go to a parking ticket machine and put your reg in for an hours free parking.

I am just writting the review as waiting to charge mg KIA EV6 which is known to accept charging speed of up 250kW. After failing to get the charger station 1to work I moved to number 3 using the CCS charger supposedly delivering up to 300kW. For most of the waiting time the charging power was 69kW a rather pathetic output for what I advertised to be high speed. The issue here is false advertising and charging customers for a service which is not delivered. The peak speed reached for me today was 108 kW.

Used their electric chargers and refreshing to not have to download another app, just tap and pay. Speeds were fast and much more reliable than other chargers I’ve used.

Travelling back from Devon and planned this place into my charging route due to the large amount of super chargers. Only to arrive and find none of them working😡 Absolute nightmare that wasted an hour of my time and I then had to make long detour to find a charger with under 10 miles to spare. Disgusted!!

Nothing is more annoying and stupid than having to pay to park while you charge up your car. I am willing to bet that Oxfordshire council must love collecting those £100 penalty fees. I will avoid this charge station in future

Used for the first time today and had no problems. I downloaded the app before I left home and set to auto charge and it was the same experience as when I had a Tesla. Good speeds and of course it does slow as you get to the top of the battery limit but all chargers operate the same. I joined as a Gold Member, as on one of my regular routes, and I get 30% off the charging price. It is expensive at 69p per kWh, however compared to Pod Point at 64p, you will get done in half the time.

Nice site, Some cover from solar panel canooy but poorly signposted when you enter the car park! Super fast connection though.

So simple to use & great charging speeds. Can be busy but never had to wait. Register your car with Hozah and the ANPRs then look after the free hour to charge. What's not to like?!

This was an excellent stop before hitting the M40. Managed to hit around ~150kWh limit of my Polestar2. Lots of chargers and some cover and lighting too.

Electric vehicle charging as it should be. Drive up charge and move on, no hassle, no fuss.

Really disappointed with the charging speeds today. Tried 2 of them and the max I got was about 35kW.... Payed close to 75p/kwh. There wasn't any other car using the machine. 300KW label is a joke Got a reply from the company saying that the vehicle and battery temp determines the charging speed. I have been able to charge my Hyundai Ioniq 5 at over 150KWh in subzero temperatures literally a month ago about 10miles from here. 30min here and didn't go over the 37.5 kW. Only did a charge to 80% and stopped paying the rubbish rates !

There was a long queue to pay for parking. I’m a tourist who had just entered. It took me 5 mins to figure out where to go and then I stood in the queue for another 10 mins. I’m pretty sure I might end up with a ticket for not paying the parking within 10 mins. This is just plain stupid.

App allows you to review your charge remotely. Charge was reliable and didn't cut out. Local Tesco is only 5-10 minutes walk if the only stopping for a quick charge.
