Expensive for the poor quality of food and service. Shame really because the place is very pretty. Mains came out separately with what looked like a child's size burger and no different to a maccys! Very greasy bread and stale nachos, wetherspoons would've been a better shout tbh! Staff didn't speak or make us feel welcome or even seat us, won't be coming back here.

The balding person in charge(with a horrible shirt) was very dismissive of an oriental gentleman with a service problem, he has not trained his new staff up well (nice Indian chap with bandana on), who was struggling. Wrong drinks given, poor service, topped by the manager being overly flirtatious with two young ladies, giving them prosecco to take away and asking for good reviews. I suggest staff look for another job where they get trained before being left alone and customers go elsewhere until this manager learns how to run a restaurant. Food was burnt and not great.

Horrible service, we arrive to the terrace and we sit down in a table, the waiter pass in front of us 3 times and she didn’t clean the table, and then she instead of clean the Table, she offer us to move. We wait about 15-20 min for two cocktails and one cider when the place wasn’t bussy. I didn’t like my cocktails, the presentation was awful and they didn’t look like the description says (they even have a fly inside). I talk with the manager but she didn’t give me a solution for them, so I pay for something I didn’t even drink. Very disappointed of this place I will never come back. I’m work in hospitality and i never see a service like this

Good food and drink and not too pricey. It was like a posh Wetherspoons. It was super busy as you'd expect on a Saturday night. You had to have pre-booked by the time we got there, but they let us in just for drinks and we then found a secluded table for two after a few bevvies and sneakily ordered on the app 😅 It was full of mostly people in their 20s, but a good few in their 30s so we didn't feel completely out of place. The staff were rushed off their feet but still kept smiling, even to us stowaways! We had a sharing platter that had more than enough food for two, and some very delicious cocktails. Would recommend.

The menu was a little hard to understand at first but once it was explained it was great. Our server Gabi was amazing. She was super friendly and absolutely amazing at serving us. The food was outstanding. Our brunch was definitely one to remember. I shall be coming back again next time i visit oxford. It is a little pricey but well worth it! Toilets clean and fully stocked. We had to book in advance so it is advisable to do so. We didn't want to leave!

Booked a bottomless brunch with four other girls, waited half an hour to order one drink which took another half hour to get to the table. Food was horrific, to advertise the attached picture as ‘avocado on toast’ is a push. Overall had three drinks in two hours and was absolutely starving, tried to raise with the manager however she wasn’t prepared to deal with it. Do not recommend.

Came here for a work bottomless brunch event and it was amazing! The staff were so friendly and knew exactly how to assist our group throughout and constantly provided drinks in quick succession! Particularly Jess W who was on the bar was very efficient and provided not only stunning looks but great suggestions for drinks and made them very swiftly! I would definitely recommend doing a bottomless brunch here again and return based on the service provided and how good Jess W is!

Came for brunch at 11:45am on a Saturday. The place was dead. They make you download their app to order via QR code. Food was standard good. My daughter enjoyed her chocolate cherry pancakes.

Bottomless Brunch booked and paid for in advance. Drink orders were slow in coming in fact one was never received, not as if we were drinking heavy as 3 drinks in total each within the 2 hour allotted slot. Food was good compliments to the kitchen team . The biggest issue was clearing glasses and plates, we had to ask 3 times for this to be done. Eventually when done, the manager came over apologised and said she was embarrassed. Yes it was busy, but there seemed to be no clear structure to manage tables.

Went with my friend and we had an excellent time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced and the drinks were delectable. They were also 2 for 1 which was really nice! The atmosphere and music was lively and the aesthetic was gorgeous.

Lucy W was our host and she provided the most amazing service throughout! We did th bottomless and had the best experience - Thank you Lucy!

Light on staff, but still ready speedy service. I only saw two people who were Brandon and Jess W. Although they were light on the floor they had such amazing service. Would recommend

Cocktails are really good and yummy and you have 2x1. The place inside it is really beautiful. Food quality compared with the price is not really good, it's expensive. About the service, I was just happy with one staff member. The rest of the staff were not really friendly, they attended and cleaned up the table next to mine, they didn't even look at my table it was dirty with a Starbucks Caffe recipient from the last customer who was sitting at this table. Because they did not clean the table then they thought it was my coffee. Just because someone eats alone does not mean should be less attended to the rest of the customers. You are not allowed to take away. Based on my experience as a customer I will not come back. This is just my experience in this restaurant.

We were 15 minute short of our 2 hours but our waitress, Maria, was absolutely lovely. Kept our drinks flowing and constantly made sure we were okay. She made it a very pleasant bottomless brunch!

Excellent food, was fairly busy during lunch. Had a mixup with the order (partially my fault) a gentleman employee named Ross took care of it promptly changing the order. Outstanding service, thank you.

Jazzie was amazing when ever we had an empty glass with in seconds she bought one over! Amazing service will definitely be back, can’t thank her enough.

Really poor experience at this place. All tables were dirty on entry, no place to sit, had to sit on dirty tables. No tissues are given/available. Drinks were very poor in quality. Food is average at best. Overpriced. This is a really abandoned business. Would never come here again.

Always great cocktails, lovely atmosphere but it was too hot in the booth. The food was OK but our drinks order took over 40 minutes to arrive which was a bit of a mood killer. Next time will try coming on a quiet and cold night.

Jazzy was our server and was amazing. Came frequently to ask if we wanted more drinks, and was great at recommending the best food and drinks. Their 2 hours bottomless brunch was great fun and huge shout out to Jazzy and her colleagues for their great service on a busy Saturday. Came here for bottomless brunch for my birthday and had the best time!! Jazzy our server was amazing, she was so attentive and lovely, always offering us more drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend! Give Jazzy a raise !!!

Jazzy was our server and she was absolutely lovely! So smiley and welcoming and made sure our bottomless drinks were full at all times. She was also training a new waitress at the same time who also smashed it! They made us feel so welcome and we gave her a tip from all of us, 10/10 for Jazzy! Wish we could take her on our night out with us! ❤️

I came for a bottomless brunch for my birthday and our waitress Jess W Along with them team have been absolutely amazing. Our food was brilliant( I even had to steal some of my partners it looked that good) and the drinks were absolutely amazing. Would recommend to all of my friends x

Gabi served us, here customer service was incredible & I was so happy to be served by her. She took into account all of our preferences and allergies. She was consistent on checking our glasses were full on the bottomless brunch & checking if we wanted to order any special cocktails. Many thanks to her and she is a great waitress!
