The salad was super fresh! first of all the service. The ladies in the front were super sweet and helpful. I was overwhelmed with so many choices and they gave me a sample so I could make up my mind. Love that! I have been to chicken salad chick in three different states and this one is by far the freshest one. I love pineapples and wanted a little bit of fiber in my salad so I went for Fruity Fran on A bed of the classic salad and chose the puppy seed dressing which in all honesty, I didn’t have to use much. I Kind of wish there was a scoop and a 1/2 option because I had to go back and buy another scoop. It was just too good. I absolutely appreciate the delicious pickle, crackers and sweet little cookie. It is obvious the employees (cashiers and chefs) who work here do it with love. They make sure to serve everything nicely and they treat you with joy. Hope the owner appreciates them and the great job they are doing. I will be here a few more weeks and plan to continue to visit. I can only hope every visit will be a great experience as today’s.

So good! Great service! Pretty shop! Enjoyed the Asparagus Soup, Southern Chicken Salad Sandwich, Cookies, and Spinach Salad. All was very good. Shop must have gone through a major rush before we got there since tables needed bussing but we sat outside, preferred, and it was lovely. Oh, yummy Strawberry Lemonade 🍓 🍋

Chance visit and glad we found it. Soup was ideal as was pimento cheese and salad. Highly recommend. Spotless environment. Traveling so doubt we'll be back in area but would definitely return.

Omg! I never knew there were soo many flavor of chicken salad! I tried Sassy Scotty, Olivia's Old South, and Dixie Chick, Buffalo Barclay. I loved all of them. My top pick is Sassy Scotty! I will be driving that hour and half for more real soon!

Will go again. The chicken salad I tried was good. I always have to add just a sprinkle of splenda because I don't like to taste the mayo. The seasonal salad was good minus what I call "salad trash." I had to pick out the bitter white stems and pieces of lettuce but after that it was good. The poppyseed dressing was amazing. The cookie was surprisingly soft and tasty. Staff was friendly.

For our family, this truly is a "chick" choice since it's liked by the girls but not the guys. Lots of sweet and savory chicken salad choices, so that's something for every preference.

I LOVE chicken Salad Chick. I can count on it being wonderful each time and I love consistency! My favorite is the cranberry Kelli with pasta salad!

The service was a bit snobbish... The food was good but only gave us 2 packs of crackers. So four club crackers total with all that salad... Couldn't eat but four bites, was hungry and frustrated. Had to run in Walmart to buy crackers. They won't get my business again if I have to go buy crackers. Seem like the manager would have used petty cash to go buy some crackers for the customers to have if you ran out.

Made a mad stop by, while attempting to leave the city. It was a quick run in and out! They were most efficient and friendly. Thank you Chicken Salad Chick!

Sister lunch date. We loved how friendly the young lady that checked us out was. The restaurant itself is clean and bright on the inside. We both ordered the Fancy Nancy. The chicken salad itself was delicious, but the bread was stale and the tomatoes were bitter and weren't ripe. It really affected the taste, and we both had to remove the tomatoes. We were split on our opinions of the pasta salad, with one of us loving it and the other not. But the one thing we totally agreed on was that cookie! Perfect ending to our meal. We agreed that we will be back, but next time we will get our bread toasted and leave off the tomatoes.

Fast service, bland food. There's nothing special about this place. If you like tasty chicken salad, this is not the place to find it. The side was bland, too. I chose the pasta salad for my side. Perfect texture, zero taste.

Nice menu and absolutely delicious! The staff is so nice, and it is a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Will gladly go again. I just wish that I could afford to go more often. 🙂 I'm adding a photo of their menu. The portions surprisingly looked a lot like those on the menu, unlike other restaurants. They will even let even sample the chicken salad before ordering what you'd like! 😁👍 I love that they take Sundays off.💕

The first thing I will say about my experience at CSC is that I love CSC. Very disappointed today. I try to be understanding during Covid 19 time. At other businesses, they say if they are going to be delayed. Today CSC did not tell me that. I ordered from home at 11.54. I arrived & called at 12.14 & went to voicemail. I called again at 12:15 & went to voicemail. I called again & got answer. Gave my name. They said they would bring out. Didn’t come out. I called again at 12:22 to tell that My order had not been brought out. I called again again at 12:27 & asked if it was necessary for me to come in to pick up & was told that it would probably be quicker. I said I was not going in. Surely 33 minutes is time to get order ready. They finally brought out. I left & about a mile down the road, I decided that I had better check order. Well my plate was correct, but I had ordered an additional small container of Fancy Nancy. When I called back at 12:35, they told me I could pick up now or another day. I went back, but I said I might never be back. They never once said that there might be a delay. Said they were sorry! Got home & ate & it was good, but couldn’t really enjoy!

I ordered lunch for my wife and I to get delivered through Fetcht 3rd party delivery service. The meal was delivered without my side, and when I called Chicken Salad Chick, they blamed the delivery service and said I needed to take it up with them. The manager of the store was very rude and wanted nothing to do with my missing side, sounding like she had better things to do than care about her customers. The delivery service simply picks up what's prepared by the restaurant, so I don't believe it's their fault for the missing item. Poor customer service and no accountability for their mistakes - we definitely won't be returning. My wife said her meal was decent, which is why I rated 2 stars instead of 1.
