Four days a week (Wednesday - Saturday), the Gloucester Green square turns into a food lovers' paradise. There are street food stalls of different countries that serve really authentic food - Indian, Nepalese, Oriental, German sausages, Austrian meatballs, Sri Lankan curries, Italian, Spanish and so on... My wife and I generally visit once every week and try different cuisines. They are tasty, authentic and reasonably priced. More importantly, the vibe is really good and environment great (unless it's raining !). PS - Every Wednesday, there is also a fruit/vegetable market in the Gloucester green where you can buy fresh produce at a very cheap price. Please visit before 3 pm for fresh produces as they sell very fast.

Gloucester green market is a hidden gem!!! The food market on Thursday,Friday and Saturday are marvellous with food coming from all around the world and they are truly remarkable. The Wednesday fruits and vegetable market is also really good with some items that are very reasonable! The merchants that come in are lovely and have gotten some lovely items from there as well. The seatings have improved but having even more will make it even better!

This market is honestly amazing. Very tasty variety of Asian, greek, Syrian food etc which is good value for money. So much better than the chain restaurants. Pictures are laksa (£7), Nepalese food (£7) and Chinese beef dumplings (£4). My second time coming here. Limited seating but worth the journey

Such an incredible selection of food stalls. A little bit of everything for everyone. Mostly affordable with a few expensive ones thrown in the mix. Have been the last few Saturdays in a row and have chosen different things to eat each time and I don't think I will run out of options any time soon

I have discovered my new favorite lunch spot in Oxford! This place offers an incredible array of multicultural cuisine, including Thai, Korean, Chinese, Tibetan, Polish, Japanese, and much more. The food is absolutely scrumptious, and the best part is that you can sample dishes from different countries all in one meal. It's a delightful culinary adventure that I can't get enough of!

We used the Gloucester Green coach station for a trip to London. The boarding process was efficient and there were no issues with loading our luggage. The coach station itself is in serious need of refurbishment and a deep clean. It is not a good advertisement for tourists arriving into Oxford.

Enjoyable visit. House not open on my day - just Saturday and Sundays at the moment. Good paths to explore the grounds. The woodland path is very steep going down and of course back up! The South Meadow Walk gives superb views of the house and the local countryside. Good cafe and book second hand book shop. Lots of parking.

We eat here on a weekly basis! This street market is always chalk-a-blocked with amazing food stalls, making it very challenging to decide where to eat! Everything is extremely delicious with options from almost every continent (no Antarctic stalls). Definitely the place to eat if you are in the city centre looking for something quick, affordable and really really tasty!

Extremely popular with tourists searching for meals. There is a large number of stalls offering offering freshly cooked food representing global traditional menus.

A lot of different food options at this market, and you can't go wrong with any of them. Most recently tried Hungarian food there, and it was really good!

Interesting and vibrant street market. Stalls are changed regularly and from a wide variety of types. Lots of food stalls as you'd expect these days but also older antiques, clothes and other items. We'll worth a visit to maybe pick up a bargain.

The market is amazing 👏. They sold fresh produce, 2nd hand clothes and last but not least, delicious food from multiple reigions! Highly recommended!!!

Great place for homemade dishes from cuisines around the world, Chinese, Hungarian, Greek, Persian, Jamaican, Spanish to name few. Great location, bang on in City centre. The one downside is that it's not covered.

Looking for a different lunch twice a week for a year (not quite), they have young covered. It’s very busy at peak times, so although seating you will be a take away. Food day on Saturday is a great way to break Oxford trip. Food is not just takeaway, there are bakers, ‘cakers’ and fresh produce. There are also photo and map stalls.

Awesome diversity of food stalls (there are other things like clothes and art). Persian, Hungarian, Nepalese, Sri-Lankan, etc. It was a bit to find seats to eat as it was very popular despite the cold. Most stalls will give you samples so you can try before you decide what to eat. While quality seems good overall, be aware that the amount of food you will get for the same money may very considerably.

If you are visiting Oxford between Wednesday and Saturday, make sure you go to Gloucester Green to treat yourself with fantastic street foods and enjoy the atmosphere. My favourite stand is run by a friendly Korean lady and a man. They cook the best bibimbap and Mandu in Oxford!

Cute little place and very quaint little market. Definitely recommend visiting once. Although, just a little heads up, there can be a lot students who come here. Its got a nice mixture of street food, got also vegan options. Good weather and nice atmosphere 👍

Incredible selection of food from all over the world! We tried the tipan tapan Nepalese street food which was delicious. Look out for the BBQ brothers racks of ribs 🤤

Fun little market with a little of everything. Food stalls had a huge variety on international food, some only take cash. A bunch of antique sellers as well with assorted stuff for your collections. Antique maps were very cool, all original. Most verdors are there at 9am, some food isnt ready until lunch because they cook it there. This guy was very fun!

When you come to Oxford, you have to try the food stalls and buy some fresh local produce such as raspberry, blackberry etc at ths market. Everything is fresh and inexpensive. The food stalls are just amazing. Friendly and authentic owners, with great and inexpensive products from all over the words. We had to try a few, such as north China ravioli, indian curry chicken and fried noodles etc. I wish we could have stayed longer in Oxford, as the market goes for 4 days in a row each week, if I am not mistaken
