Dying shopping center that never got popular. Businesses seem to fade and die here. Sport Chalet was one but then they all died. Office depot pulled the plug as well. Fry's seems to have cut back so much it's only a matter of time. Ample parking but it lacks the big names and shops. The area struggles to stay alive.

Soon they will open a Home Decor.

Best place in the west coast to get your tuned german car. Definitely check them out full APR dealer and Intergrated Engineering deale too. Great service 👏

As an Uber driver... I pick up and drop off Employees and shoppers... I would park here during the business hours... and be readily available... That now has changed... The roving security... do not want me parked here... So... I now.. Do not pickup or drop off passengers here. You can thank the fat lazy securities in the white pickup truck.

Great place to shop at last moment low prices

This shopping center is dirty and there are always homeless people hanging around. Some are yelling and acting bad. I would not go here after dark.

The stores cleaning the cashier was very friendly keep up the good work

One stop place to either buy yourself some clothes or even little accessories for your home. Not to mention buying some groceries on the low.

Nice and large parking lot and near Costco is a plus

Really big lot, we frequent the 99¢ store here, usually to console ourselves after spending at Costco 😅

Thankful that Oxnard has a variety of shops to offer! Too many people though, gives me anxiety.. but yea, you'll definitely find what you're looking for if it's clothes or home improvement items!

The worse parking area I have ever seen. Storage bins randomly blocking traffic lanes, creating hazardous driving conditions. Was almost hit by other drivers twice. Will go elsewhere for our shopping and dining.

They have a lot, but at the same time they don't. They sell more things now, but at the same time, not really. You may have a better chance finding what you're looking for, at an inexpensive price, at the Dollar Tree. Maybe even at Dollar General.
