Awful awful service for delivery people. They made the mistake of giving the order to the wrong person and did nothing to fix it. The staff need to be trained on proper customer service. My customer that was supposed to receive the order will never go back. I will never go back. I can not believe how rude and unhelpful the employees were. Not even the manager would help the situation. Unbelievable.

I love El Pollo Loco. The chicken is tasty and not fatty at all. I usually get rice and black beans for the sides and I love them. There are two things I have to complain about though: 1. Their avocado sauce was too watery and not as good as it has been before 2. I had to repeat the sides to the cashier a few times because I was not been understood, don’t know how you get broccoli from black beans Experience was good though and food was great. All I can say is they must have done it on purpose. There's no other excuse. I can assure this chicken was headed for the trash when lucky me pulled up to the drive thru. Not to mention I not only asked for salsa, but reminded the guy of the last time I was there, I asked and they forgot, he said I'll get it now so I don't forget, and when I got the bag I checked for the salsa and it wasn't there, fact is I should have been look at the quality of the chicken. The chicken was at least yesterday's if not last week's. Way to go guys, you just chased off another weekly customer.

I went to the El Pollo Loco location on Saviers Road, Oxnard and I bought their 8 piece family meal to go.When I got home I was shocked and dismayed to see all 8 pieces of chicken was burnt and too dry to eat. The meal was supposed to have 4 legs and 4 thighs but I got 5 legs and 3 thighs. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the meal I received at this El Pollo location

Drive thru needs help. I ask for my stuff with out tomato and it still came with it so could not eat it.

I have to say that the employees who work here are actually quite nice. I got the impression that they really liked their job. Made me feel welcomed. Huge difference from their store around the corner from me.

Great service. Decent sized meal for the price but (personally), too much cilantro in the chicken quesadilla... But otherwise, chicken is pretty good but it's nothing terribly amazing. I wish they had a more signature taste or flavor...

I can't remember the last time I ate at an El Pollo loco and this was on the way to a night meeting I had to go to. I actually liked it but did feel like there was too much grease in the chicken.

El Pollo loco is always tasty. Their secret recipe makes this Chicken one of my favorites. It reminds me of Sinaloa's chicken.
