I’m
looking
for
a
gift.
I’m
shopping
to
find
a
birthday
gift
for
my
mom
and
was
actually
very
happy
with
what
I
found.
The
store
is
self
was
easy
to
shop
through
good
variety,
and
great
prices.
If
it
wasn’t
for
the
horrible
customer
service
at
checkout,
I
would
be
giving
five
stars
right
now.
The
lady
who
helped
me
at
the
register
was
unprofessional
and
seems
snooty.
It
didn’t
really
look
like
she
cared
to
work
and
she
clearly
doesn’t
care
about
CUSTOMER
SERVICE
or
is
thoughtful
about
customer
experience.
Considering
that
it
was
1212
in
the
afternoon
on
a
Tuesday
common
sense
retail
should
know
that
people
are
on
their
lunches
and
they’re
trying
to
get
in
and
out,
so
bye
devil
dabbling
along
and
just
not
making
iContact
and
making
me
feel
like
I
was
unnoticed
and
I
wasn’t
really
a
priority
really
bothered
me
but
I
stuck
it
out
and
continue
to
stand
in
line
and
waited
my
turn
then
when
I’m
ready
to
check
out
she’s
going
so
slow
and
she’s
chitchatting
and
asking
questions
to
the
girl
next
to
her
.
I
asked
if
k
could
come
back
after
work
now
to
finish
up
my
transaction
since
it’s
taking
so
long.
Still
no
eye
contact
but
looks
to
her
coworker
for
the
answer
and
still
dragging
out
the
time
just
to
say
yea
or
no
and
said
no
they
can
only
hold
it
for
an
hour.
I
said
I’m
sorry
I
can’t
come
back
that
soon
and
I
basically
got
an
oh
well
attitude
response
not
in
those
words
.
So
I
left
unhappy
and
without
the
items
I
was
so
happy
to
purchase.
Never
will
I
ever
go
back.
Customer
service
is
a
big
deal
to
me!
