    They refused to return full price for a mistake that they shipped to me... I didn't want to pay the shipping on their mistake so I waited until I was going to be able to take it to the location and they only gave me 50% store credit... I feel that it's ridiculous considering it was their fault they sent me the wrong size. Extremely irritated by the situation...

    Went there to pick up an online purchase. The girl staffing the pickup register took her time putting her stuff away before even acknowledging me. Scanned my pick up notice and couldn't find it. Luckily I spotted my name on a box directly behind her. She didn't even realize that's the name she was looking for. Handed it and moved away. No thank you or any pleasantry.

    Embarrassing customer service Nordstrom your employee Edrina in extra cash register by women’s changing room made me beg for a dammm bag you better raise her minimum wage because she is holding tight on those bags. Shame on you for not training your employees to treat everyone nice I spent $609 on gifts and she asked me if I was going to shop more I said for What??? She goes to give you an extra bag 😂😂😂 I’m not even mad I just find it funny she’s fighting so hard for a company that’s making millions dollars in days like today and poor Edrina making her $14 fighting with her customers to get a bag, hopefully this is a temporary job for her. I used to work for companies like you so I feel her pain working thank god now I work for myself I’ll go fight with my clients for bags 😂😂😂

    Not so crowded, friendly service team. Very clean restroom. The store have various good brands displayed and they change it every now and then when some items are taken from the rack. Prices ranges from low to medium rates. If you still need lower prices, you can just go next store, adjacent.

    Things were really mixed up the sizes were all intermixed. Had a hard time looking at the stuff. Staff weren't very friendly or helpful. Pointed which way and went on with there conversation with each other.

    This was the worst one I have ever shopped in. This seemed like a lower budget Tj Maxx. That's the vibe it was giving. I expected So Much More from Nordstrom, especially coming from the Easy coast.

    This is a great store. It's clean, organized, and for the most part clothing is sized properly. The dressing rooms are clean. Staff is courteous.

    I love a good store that has amazing discounts and this is one of them. Some items can be pricey depending on the name but for the most part, this store is packed with deals for adults and kids. The home section is awesome as well.

    Don't try to make a return here without a receipt, even if the tags are on it and it's clearly not worn. Also, the workers here are snooty & rude when trying to make any return or just shopping in general. They seem to forget its Nordstrom Rack not Neiman Marcus. Their prices are too high for an "off the rack" store. Definitely skip this place and hit up basically any other store in this shopping center!

    Generally love the store but disappointed in their return policy. I bought boots on the extra 40% off sale. I wore them around the house and decided they were tight. Went back, and they did not have the next size, so I tried to return them. Apparently, there are no returns on the sale items. It did not say that on the signs or the receipt. I was told the clerk told me. That did not happen. Thus clerk, told me there were 7 pairs on line. I asked if they could order me a pair and exchange them. Again no. Very poor customer service.

    The store was pretty empty, maybe due to the price being so high, especially for men clothing. Not much for sale, and the few items they had were very expensive. Noth worth the trip.

    Terrible customer service and absolutely awful return policy. Don’t get stuck with that receipt in your hand after 30 days otherwise you are stuck with jeans that never fit to begin with

    Worst experience ever, I will never go back. zero stars, I would do that. I run over on my lunch break because it’s literally down the street from my job. zero stars, I would do that. I’m shopping to find a birthday gift for my mom and was actually very happy with what I found. The store is self was easy to shop through good variety, and great prices. If it wasn’t for the horrible customer service at checkout, I would be giving five stars right now. The lady who helped me at the register was unprofessional and seems snooty. It didn’t really look like she cared to work and she clearly doesn’t care about CUSTOMER SERVICE or is thoughtful about customer experience. Considering that it was 1212 in the afternoon on a Tuesday common sense retail should know that people are on their lunches and they’re trying to get in and out, so bye devil dabbling along and just not making iContact and making me feel like I was unnoticed and I wasn’t really a priority really bothered me but I stuck it out and continue to stand in line and waited my turn then when I’m ready to check out she’s going so slow and she’s chitchatting and asking questions to the girl next to her . I asked if k could come back after work now to finish up my transaction since it’s taking so long. Still no eye contact but looks to her coworker for the answer and still dragging out the time just to say yea or no and said no they can only hold it for an hour. I said I’m sorry I can’t come back that soon and I basically got an oh well attitude response not in those words . So I left unhappy and without the items I was so happy to purchase. Never will I ever go back. Customer service is a big deal to me!
