We
celebrated
Valentine's
Day
by
having
lunch
here
today
(the
day
before
Valentine's
Day).
Food:
we
got
there
around
12:45
and
it
was
nice
that
we
were
able
to
order
a
couple
of
dishes
from
the
brunch
menu
and
couple
from
the
lunch
menu.
I
love
middle
eastern
food
and
specifically
within
that,
Moroccan
food
is
my
favorite.
I
love
Branzino
so
for
special
occasions,
I
always
search
for
a
place
on
Yelp
that
serves
good
branzino.
We
had
trekked
all
the
way
from
Herndon,
VA
(50
min
drive
one
way)
to
try
their
branzino
and
were
extremely
disappointed
that
they
didn't
have
any.
Eggplant
Benedict:
delicious!
if
you
love
eggplants
and
eggs,
you
will
love
this
dish.
I
had
ordered
this
because
they
didn't
have
branzino.
I
think
this
dish
was
ready
before
the
others
because
it
was
room
temperature.
Skirt
steak
and
eggs:
my
husband
ordered
this
and
enjoyed
it
very
much.
I
think
this
dish
was
ready
before
the
others
because
it
was
room
temperature.
Chicken
tagine:
the
chicken
was
tender
and
delicious.
The
sauce
had
a
sweetness
to
it
which
made
it
not
great
but
it
was
still
good
to
have
with
bread.
Chef's
tagine
which
was
salmon:
the
salmon
was
cooked
to
perfection
(I
cannot
stand
over
cooked
seafood)
and
it
was
my
4-year
old's
favorite.
The
sauce
was
under
seasoned
and
heavy
on
the
tanginess
from
tomatoes
but
it
had
really
good
veggies
-
zucchini,
bell
peppers,
carrots,
peas,
olives
and
potatoes.
Milk
Pastilla:
in
comparison
to
the
rave
reviews
on
this,
it
was
just
ok...
it
would
have
tasted
better
if
the
cream
was
on
both
the
layers
of
filo
and
not
just
the
top
layer.
Service:
all
the
servers
were
warm,
friendly
and
attentive.
Our
server
was
sweet
but
we
had
a
little
bit
of
a
language
barrier
w/
her.
I
told
her
I
might
have
a
coffee
later
but
she
misunderstood
that
to
no
coffee
and
brought
the
check
out.
We
had
to
wait
for
coffee
for
15
mins.
And
then
another
10
mins
for
cream.
They
were
out
of
cream
and
instead
of
telling
us
that,
one
of
the
servers
ran
out
and
got
cream
which
we
thought
showed
hard
work.
My
coffee
had
run
cold
but
they
didn't
charge
us
for
it.
Price
and
Portion
Size:
for
DC,
I
thought
the
price
and
portion
size
was
pretty
good.
We've
been
to
a
few
restaurants
that
are
charging
covid
fee
so
we
were
happy
not
to
see
that.
Parking:
we
were
lucky
to
find
parking
right
across
the
street
where
there
was
angle
parking.
If
not,
you
could
try
the
residential
streets.
Barracks
Row
is
a
fun
street
w/
lots
of
other
restaurants
-
Bombay
Street
Food
(our
fav
in
the
DMV
for
chicken
biryani),
Ted's
Bulletin
(decent
brunch),
District
Donut,
etc.
We
are
foodies
and
love
to
try
a
new
restaurant
every
week
and
we
can
definitely
see
ourselves
returning
to
try
the
branzino
and
chicken
skewers.
