Totalt incompetent staff.charge different price for same order every time,depends which one of them serves you what you get charged,dont think its done deliberately,just that theyre not the brightest bunch working here.Sometimes chickens really good,sometimes overdone,sometimes layer of grease on bottom,so you have 1 in 3 chance of getting decent meal..

Food was fine but they seemed to be disorganized and struggling which didn't help with experience or receiving a prompt service. Potentially I've caught them at a difficult moment.

Most of the chicken was fine in our variety bucket but all the hot wings were under cooked .

So busy this little KFC shop.Serving a big range of KFC items although not the cheapest place to eat.Staff were polite and friendly and offered a good service.

Just reopened after a refurbishment. Food is great, hot and tasty. Service was really quick. Bargain bucket was spot on!!

After a refurb we thought the KFC would be a welcome meal , how wrong we were. We patiently waited in line for a take out order , the shop was clean and bright and new, the girls behind the counter serving where at best untrained , loud and basically childish. When it came to order, someone behind the counter thought it was a good idea to put the shop speakers on really loud playing dance music so the girls in the front serving could dance too. It was so loud I could not hear the girl behind the screen talking nor could she hear me . When I asked her to turn the music down so I could hear her the other girls became rude saying why should they. At this point I left the shop as I did not need the aggravation or aggression from the staff. My wife stayed and tried to complete the order but again could not be heard so she too asked to have music turned down and was told to shut up. She then asked to speak to the manager who was laughing at her Then a relative of the girls started abusing my wife saying she was rude to ask the music to be turned down Needless to say my wife then left the shop What a dump this shop is with staff who are rude and management who are incompetent

Recently spruced up and modernised to the MAXX even the app works better.. store looks good and staff all sound nice ting

To the guys and girls that work here, you lot make a brilliant team! Just keep the communication up when it gets busy :)

Staff are nice food ok its kfc

Don't live in the area anymore but KFC laird Street has always delivered Juicy chicken. Not dried out. I worked at KFC in Rock ferry years ago but if I wanted a takeaway I always went to Laird Street.

Staff were friendly but the food was terrible. Worst mushiest greasy chips I've ever had.

Absolutely disgusting boneless box ??clearly had been eaten by someone no gravy and drinks missing NEVER ORDER OFF THEM UNLESS YOU WANNA WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!!

This is just a building site now (31/05/23), looks like the whole building is being gutted and isn't a KFC anymore. Think they really need to update the Google maps page. Closest alternatives are probably the stores in Wallasey or Rock Ferry.

The food was ordered and when it got here, it was stone cold and had been made an hour ago. The delivery driver cancelled three times and our food took forever, the food was not kept warm.

I treat myself to a KFC bargain bucket once a week which i look forward too i haven't eaten it yet so once I've tried it i might have to change my review but it's usually quite nice

Took over an hour to be delivered and the food was stone cold. Three delivery drivers cancelled, which is why it took so long. Food was missing off the order and the chips were mushy

Fried chicken Taste was not good, not fried properly, overall bad taste , not recommended any more

Just had a zinger wrap there was no lettuce or tomato. Also there was no corn on the cob that was ordered we also ordered a breast of chicken when we got home and opened the bag 2 small legs did not enjoy and we didn't get what we asked and paid for. Mrs D Grant

Surprisingly good KFC. I have been to a lot of KFC stores in Australia and England and this by far is the most reliable to get the order right and chicken cooked well.

Great because I could charge my car and give the kids fried chicken simultaneously after our day at New Brighton, and Birkenhead. Birkenhead was surprisingly more pleasant than I'd expected😁, very nice KFC staff, swift service 👏👏👏👏👏👏 Thank you🙏

Hit and miss on quality of food and they prioritise online orders rather than customers in the shop. Very slow service.

Rank. Beans all dried up. Chicken burger hard and rubbery. Drinks warm.

Children's pop corn chicken meal with chips fruit shoot and a slice of Pineapple for £2.99 can't complain about that. The chip's have the skin on which my 3 year old grandson loves. This outlet is on a busy road with no parking outside, you can park over the road in the parking bay or just inside the petrol station which is right next door. Because it is a small outlet they are not always busy so food is fast. The outlay of the shop is really tight, you enter up a large step and have to swivel around the door if there is more than 1 of you, then up a couple more steps to the enclosed counter, you then exit through the opposite door which is down 2 steps and is just as tight, hard if you have a little one and food because the door pulls in and is on the heavy side and the large step back out to the street.

This is apparently a zinger burger. No zinger sauce. No salad. No cheese. At least they remembered the chicken piece on the bun.

Shower of fat scruffs behind the counter except for one lanky one with glasses who looked like a female Alan Carr. Five of them all standing around while I was the only customer in there. The biggest one with the brown teeth was on the phone at the counter. After two minutes of standing there one of them said they’d be with me in a minute. Two minutes later I was still waiting so walked out. The Alan Carr lookalike was grinning as I got back in my car. Terrible place.

I order a popcorn chicken. it .had. no. Popcorn. Disgraceful I can not belive that restaurants are ripping us off. This is why capitalism is awful. Communism is much better. #Communistbritain

Half of the Food I ordered wasnt in the bag when I got home, Large amounts of Chicken are Pre Cooked before hand so therefore its both Not Fresh and against Food regulations

Waited 25 minutes I a queue of 5 people. Only 2 people got served in that time so I decided to leave

I ordered from laird street kfc and my driver was sat chilling for a little while and wondered what was taking so long I walked down to the location on the map to see what was going on and discovered he’d been pulled over by plod so there was my kfc driver sat in a plod car

Ordered a boneless banquet meal, fillet burger meal with a side of large fries and only received two cans of Pepsi and three pieces of chicken. The drinks weren’t even what we ordered. Very disappointed:(

A counter only KFC. The smallest branch I have ever come across. No seating or toilets inside. It was clean. Staff were friendly
