I love a mouthwatering 12 incher . Firm but soft , dripping in sticky salty sauce . But yeah anyway had a salad bowl from here last week . Decent

The service here is usually quite fast depending on the time of day and what day of the week. The workers are polite as you usually get in a subway. The food is good, tasty and looks fresh, so that's a good thing. Could do with a bit more sauce when I ask for loads but that's not too bad..

So far on my 7th attempt at ringing, no answer, got an order that was definitely not mine, don’t answer the phone, absolute joke of a place 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. 12th call and still no answer 22nd call and still no answer

Lovely food and efficient service.

Standard Subway fare, usual offers and menu. Service ok though not much customer interaction or personal touch. Food was good and atmosphere nice inside. Rather small seating area, bit cosy. Generally seemed clean though table needed a wipe when we sat down, which we did ourselves. Might have expected server to take the hint and come over to give it a wipe. All in all it's alright though.

Good customer service in there, obviously subway scran is subway scran, ya like it or ya don't, but staff are friendly and helpful in this gaff, ya know da.

All the staff must be vegans because they are scared to put meat on your sub! (no way are they giving out the right servings) Never will i eat from this Subway again.

Called in subway last night 17-7-20 to get takeaway for my grandson , the girl serving was making up meals to go out for delivery ! , Told me to wait a moment !, After 14 mins she finished what she was doing and then made me wait another10mins!!! , At this point delivery guy came in sat down and had a drink without even attempting to take his order !!! What was the point in keeping me waiting when obviously the delivery was not urgent to her and delivery guy !!!!!! Never again will I go there,!!!! The two girls serving were not interested in what they were doing!!! POOR

3 stale subs out of 4 manager no help said the bred was baked fresh this morning it was 13:30 so been sat around for a while dry bitty breaking up bred lovely 20 quid down the drain

Exactly what you expect and friendly service

Placed an order on just eat app paid £35 what a waste of money. I order 2 small meals and 2 large meals ended up with 4 small meals so called store said sort it said they send rest out. An hour later still nothing phoned again said out on delivery but it never turned up so paid for 2 footlongs and only got 6" meals. Also didn't get the crisps or cookies I ordered. If haven't got them it should state that they are unavailable on the app when ordering.

Was stood for nearly 10 minutes with my family while they prepared Internet orders. Wasn't even acknowledged or "I'll be with you in a minute". When the server realised he had made a mistake on the Internet order he had to start it again. They must realise that if someone has taken the time to visit their shop, they should give them the same time and effort in return. They should maybe have more staff or have one person doing Internet orders, one person serving the inconvenient humans who turn up! Poor show Woodchurch Rd Subway!
