I
was
skeptical
trusting
anyone
with
my
engagement
and
wedding
ring,
especially
in
another
country
for
repair.
My
rings
were
rings
are
18k
white
gold,
however,
after
wearing
them
everyday
for
a
few
years
cleaning
with
chemicals
and
soaps
and
never
taking
them
off
they
started
to
turn
yellow.
The
rhodium
started
to
come
off
on
the
bottom
side.
My
rings
also
had
a
ton
of
scratches.
I
went
without
wearing
my
rings
for
several
months
due
to
a
rash
I
was
getting
inside
of
my
finger
from
the
rhodium
dissolving.
And
I
was
terrified
of
getting
my
rings
fixed
somewhere
I
wasn’t
familiar
with
or
my
personal
jeweler
in
the
U.S.
I
took
a
leap
of
faith
trusting
Smith
Jewelers.
From
the
moment
I
walked
in,
they
were
very
pleasant
and
kind.
They
were
thorough
inspecting
my
ring
with
a
loop.
We
discussed
my
desires
and
repairs
needed.
They
recommended
another
coating
of
rhodium
and
that
they
could
clean
up
the
scratches
on
my
ring.
I
was
still
slightly
nervous,
but
I
knew
my
ring
was
insured
so
if
anything
happened
I’d
be
covered.
Though
there
was
a
language
barrier
(English/Japanese)
the
staff
did
all
they
could
using
their
phone
translator
to
express
the
quality
in
their
work
and
that
they
would
exceed
my
desires
in
repairs.
I
agreed
to
the
repairs
and
my
turnaround
time
was
about
2
1/2-
3
weeks.
I
picked
up
my
ring
today
and
couldn’t
be
happier.
I
love
it!
My
ring
looks
shiny
and
bright
like
when
my
husband
first
proposed!!
I’m
so
glad
I
trusted
Smith
Jewelers
with
my
rings.
I
highly
recommend
them
and
the
repairs
were
affordable.
