Horrible place... Had my second baby there in 2020 and the experience was simply horrible. The midwives extorted soaps, antiseptics, etc from my husband while I was on the labor bed. They didn't even leave me with a single soap for bathing. My husband had to go outside the hospital to buy some of the items they were demanding for because they claimed they didn't like the brands I brought to the hospital. You would think a mission hospital will have some integrity but not this hospital. Defrauding and extorting from the sick and helpless. Very shameless!

Horrible service! These are the most lackadaisical group of health care providers I have ever met. I’ve been to this hospital countless times and the service delivery is so poor. They don’t give a hoot that peoples lives are on the line. You’d find people who have abandoned their post like the cashier and the pharmacist. It’s sick that this is private hospital. There is no sense of emergency at this hospital. They need to do better.

I visited St John of God to have my 4 month old baby vaccinated for the first time; apart from the very poor attitude of staff in the unit that did the vaccination, my baby developed a very terrible infection on her left thigh that took more than a week of antibiotics to treat. That is my last visit to the place.

We asked for sanitizer and the lab technician said the hospital didn’t have a sanitizer so wound we dash the hospital some?

Staff attitude very poor. They stress already stressed relatives. “That you have to buy gloves before they will attend to your sick relative.” Who does that ? 😡 very slow system of operation. More room for improvement

Do you run test for gonorrhea and syphilis.how much does it cost for both.how much is the treatment for each

Stop asking people to put fake reviews on here… their service is soooo horrible it’s like they enjoy seeing people in pain. And act very nonchalant to everything.

To me this is one of the best hospitals I have visited. My mum was recently admitted there and their services was top notched. They're doctor's and staffs are very friendly. Everything there is great.

Poor services!!! There is this rude dark skinned female physician assistant who doesn’t know how to nicely attend to patients. The laboratory staff are unprofessional and can really waste your time. It’s as if they want you to die before giving you lab results. I stopped going there

Never in your life not even your next life visit this health center. Poor healthcare & demand money unnecessarily. I had to fight with them but to no avail. Criminals. God is watching you. No one should go there. I’ll mannered nurses.

I always bring my kids to this hospital n the services were always ok but I met one male nurse this morning called Emma who I think did night shift bcos I got to the hospital a little after 6am. He told me, he’s not suppose to attend to me bcos he came for night shift n if I come around that time of the morning n they attend to me, it’s bcos they want to not bcos they’re supposed to…..hmmm

Very very bad services. never in your life should you visit this hospital they are unprofessional…..they have only one doctor who is in charge of all departments at night so you waste a lot of time if you want to see a doctor…i think the manager or whoever is in charge should work on this
