Overpriced hotel for the services provided. Rooms lack of ventilation and during hot weather this becomes quickly a problem. Hotel is more focus in the local market rather than the international one. Breakfast buffet is amazingly good, with lots of options for all tastes, without a doubt the best part of our stay. However staff is very unfriendly. We were a family of 4 including one infant. After breakfast I forgot a baby plate in the table, I quickly returned to get it back and when I asked a waitress for it, she picked up from the garbage,something I wasn't expecting.

Very comfortable hotel. Easy to access and great parking available. Spacious and easy to find. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was great, all served items were fresh and well prepared. Staff was friendly and did pay attention. 5/5 for sure. We did get a studio with was very clean and well maintained.

Had performance here so needed collaboration. That was excellent!!! Very helpful and nice employees - especially Mrs. Marlen Ahlke(Head of Event sales) and director Stefan Kohlhaase. Did more than they need to (if compared with what we just needed).

Location was super, easy to park, friendly staff, nice room and the breakfast was perfect!!!

Stayed here during the July 2022 Heatwave (40°C/100°F) and the Air Conditioner worked great. Plenty of Free Parking and a good breakfast selection. I would definitely recommend this hotel again.

Clean rooms, overall remind me of the post Soviet era the way it looks and feels, staff is not too welcoming and in general not inviting. Rooms dont have air circulation and no air condition, make your summer nights sticky and unpleasant. Outdoor staff start making loud noises at 5 am everyday. Will never stay there again

Perfect location on the outskirts of the city, easy access from the highway. Many shops close to the hotel and arround the block. The restaurant had a excelent breakfast and the dinner was perfect. We really liked that you could skip cleaning (since we only stayed 3 nights(who cleans that offen at home anyways?)) for vouchers in the hotel restaurant. Good sized parking just outside the hotel. The "gym" was a bit dissapointing with 2 cardio machines and 3 pair of dumbbells. Also the racetrack has been closed down, even though you might see some horses training there still.
