Ozark’s Eastside City Park on Gar Creek/Arkansas River is a beautiful, quaint family friendly water front park with fishing pier, boat dock, sand volleyball court, waterside benches, and over ten covered picnic tables as well as tennis courts, bball goal, nice swing set and play area for children!!! Restrooms available on site. Bandstand perfect for a small gospel singing! Churches and homeschool groups love this park for activities in Ozark, AR!

Went there for the 4th of July weekend. Watched all the fireworks.

Went fishing and was very surprised to land a 5lb fish. No fishing from the floating dock! I was warned that the snakes was bad. I didn't see 1 and was there for hours. Big parking lot. I will definitely be going back!

Lots to do here and the fishing is okay. The kids had fun. There is plenty of shaded places to park and the tennis courts light up for playing after dark. The picnic tables are covered and there are benches along the waters edge.

The park was great. There was a sale going on there. I got some nice deals. The park itself was clean and looked like it would be a blast for the kids and an opportunity to get some fresh air for the adults. All in all I would rate it an easy ten out of ten. Grab your kids and get some fresh air and sunshine.

We stopped by and parked to get a better look at all the white water birds in the partially iced over water. Tried to get photos but the sun was too bright, but the birds were lovely! After arriving back home we researched to see what kind of bird we saw. They are white pelicans! There seems to be 100s of them; what a sight!
