Hands down the best place I have taken my kids. My 4 yr old is TERRIFIED of the doctor and with their help he didn’t shed a single tear! They are very patient, kind, and knowledgeable! THANK YOU!

The office staff was incredible. We love Mrs. Brandy. Location is easy to find. Facility is very well maintained. Our appointments time was kept. We have never had an issue with being overbooked or long waits.

The clinic was extremely clean and the staff was very polite and accommodating. Angel was very kind, personable, thorough, and put my child at ease. 10/10

I would have given this place a 3 or 4 star review last week directly after my appointment (despite having my appointment pushed back a day less than an hour before it's originally scheduled time) as everyone SEEMED very nice. But I have been lied to, ignored & given the run around so much, by so many different employees there since then, that can only feel they are all unprofessional and incompetent. I am now suffering for something that should have been dealt with last week while I wait yet another week and a half for my appointment at Mercy. Going to this clinic was a waste of my time and money. I would 100% NOT recommend this clinic and I would 100% NOT believe any assurances of getting a prescription sent in for you or even a simple call back!

Everything about my experience with Access Medical Clinic in Ozark was positive, from the ease of scheduling the appointment (and then changing it to a different day) to the quality of care I received. It’s great that Ozark is no longer a one horse town when it comes to medical care.

I had a great first experience here! The clinic is very clean and nicely updated. The staff was extremely personable. They seemed attentive and knowledgeable throughout my visit.

Wonderful staff to work with and Brandy was great. Took the time to listen to my concerns and address them.

So glad to have an urgent care in town! Everyone was so kind and helpful and they had my 4 year old feeling much better.
