Coppel Is a pretty good department store but if anything their staff are courteous and nice. I definitely recommend it if you are in Mexico.

Sin duda es una de las principales tiendas departamentales que existen en el municipio, cuenta co 3 pisos de diferentes departamentos en los que encontrarás variedad de productos y de toda clase de precios, el personal es amable y sin duda su mayor concurrencia es el banco en el cual encontrarás largas filas, sobre todo en horas pico.

We live in the US and have been ordering thing online for our family down in Mexico. We haven’t had any problem what so ever with Elektra but with Coppel .. our first Oder made and it has been a month now and my grandmother has not received her order yet. We have been calling the store every day and sent emails and no response at all! Only 2 times were answered and they put my father on hold for more than an hour and never answered after that. Till today we have not hear back from them and the order was supposed to be dropped off a while ago! Very disappointed! Never buying anything from here again!

Tuve una mala experiencia,estube alrrededor de 30 minutos esperando ser atendido ya que la fila estaba larguísima solo estaba una cajera y estaba atendiendo no sé si eran amigos o familiares total que no se formaban,cuando me tocó no me atendieron porque no traia la tarjeta solo quería checar cuánto era mi saldo.

Me atendieron en el banco, muy tardado sus procesos, no recomiendo. Mejor asiste algun otro

Con la remodelacion se ve bien, pero estaba mejor antes, ahorita es bien difícil encontrar algo y así no hay ropa como antes
