Domino's get more delivery orders than table customers . Anyway I got there for the first time and I ordered a combo contains a veg one and pepperoni and a pepsi The veg one was good but pepperoni pizza was not that good And the pepsi costs more than usual

Ordered Chicken Dominator Large Size. Tasted Excellent. Delivered within 25 minutes after ordering through official app. The guy Mr. SANTRA delivered the pizza hot and intact.

When it comes to delivery they have worst service. On 29.09.2023 I have placed an order vide order no. 145 invoice number 66676/23/33700 for delivery. The delivery person named Raja Das after 30 minutes of placing the order after the order has been baked and prepared as per the status shown in the app , informed me that they can't deliver the order to my location as they are not authorised to deliver I have to pick it from the main road which is 15 minutes far from my location. Either I have to cancel the order or have to pick it up from the main road then he will be out for the delivery. And later Raja Das the delivery person cancelled the order. The same has been forwarded to the dominos team via email and been twitted along with relevant evidence.

I hate your service. I was charged Rs 140 for pasta. To my surprise they gave me totally boiled pasta with immense water beneath it. Pathetic. The pizza was devoid of cheese and mayo. It was totally cold. And upon complaining, the manager told I can't do anything. Dude what do you guys think? You'll cheat customers like these and promote growth. Please guys stay away from Dominos. Go for any other companies like pizza hut etc. They just loot people. Disgusting.

The best , service is bit slow take longer than usual but it happens due to the huge order placed online. You don't have to wait in the counter for long as there is online dine in ordering option. The counter lady Suman is very good on handling customers. Must visit.

Please do not - I repeat - DO NOT visit or order from this outlet. They charge you extra money upon delivery even when you’ve paid the entire amount online and refuse to help you despite what’s supposed to be a technical glitch at their end. The staff is incredibly rude (Rumki Das and Sudamoy Bhattacharya, I’m looking at you) and simply gaslights customers. I’ve written more than two dozen emails and tweets to Domino’s in the last week, but they have left me in an endless loop of the same, and have done absolutely nothing about the nearly 200 extra Rupees that I’ve been forced to pay. In fact, upon writing emails to the customer care, they ask the staff at this outlet (the one that’s responsible for the problem) to solve my problem and I’m, therefore, obviously being ghosted. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with an FMCG brand, especially a global one like Domino’s. Avoid Domino’s Howrah like the plague. Shame on Dominos’ customer care. Shame on Jubilant FoodWorks. They’re downright thieves.

Very bad service in Harsat Rai Chamaria Road Dobson Road Domino's Pizza outlets. I had payment via UPI and payment successful paid but they are denied and suggested me to issue to complain for your refund without their any system check properly and contact your their authority. There senier came and talk with me same and also to cashier why she clear the bill and protected her. Very bad behaviour from this outlate

Domino’s Pizza is always been a good option to chill out with friends …Good service inside…staffs are polite and the Pizza is always 💯% tasty

This Domino’s outlet is fine but they don’t have Pasta Pizza in their menu which is available in other Domino’s outlet. Also, they don’t have QR code payment facility available, so you can’t scan and pay. The place is not very clean I would say, every time I visit, I have to tell them to clean the tables before they get my order and that’s the reason I usually prefer takeaways or deliveries instead of dine in here.

Great pizzas available here, compare to the other outlets. Now dine in area is newly opened with new theme. Great place to hang out.

Today I had ordered pizza from domson Howrah Domino's Pizza and told to please delivery pizza before 30mins but they said they don't have delivery boy and delay my order and giving my order around after 45minutes. Very bad experience not get my Pizza and I paid the payment their they did because they knew my train was 2:10pm and I am not able to take after that order when I told delivery boy and Domino's Pizza of howrah domson then they told on the way on the way just making me fool and wasted my money . My order no. Was 17 very bad experience and very bad experience . When Domino's can't give order in 30 minutes then why they are promising customer and making them fool . The place had few flies... Its sucks to have flies in a restaurant... India is not a third world country soo... We need to take good care on cleanliness... Rest everything was good... Staff is very well mannered.

Though I am a regular coustomer and loved Domino's Pizza since it's arival in India....the customer service is detoriating day by day and becoming more pathetic... Hope Domino's administration will take some action regarding the same....

It's 5th October, I ordered two golden corn pizza @254AI at 8:45 and till 10:18 I was waiting. Now it's 10:32 and I just received the message that my order is out for delivery. It's the branch of Hardutt Chamariya Road. Please make sure that from next time it does not happen with anybody else
