Visited Gangotri Restaurant after a long time, and tried their Jain food (during Saavan)- Crispy Chilly Babycorn, Tandoori Paneer Tikka, Butter Naa, Tandoori Roti, Mix Kulcha, Jain Malai Kofta, Jain Mix Veg. Food was super yummy, delicious, freshly prepared, must say Gangotri hasn't changed over the years and it's still serving good taste and quality to its customers. My family really enjoyed having lunch over here, will definitely visit them again really soon.

Very disappointed i have ordered special veg of rupees 250/- but they sent paneer jaal frenzy which was completely testless guys be careful while ordering.

VERY BAD SERVICE. YESTERDAY I WENT FOR LUNCH WITH MY FAMILY AND ORDERED KADHAI PANEER,PLAIN NAAN,NOODLES & MASALA DOSA. KADHAI PANEER WAS TASTELESS WHILE I ASKED WAITOR THAT IS IT SPICY OR NOT. HE SAID IN PANEER IT IS VERY SPICY THAN ANY OTHER. BUT NOODLES WAS GOOD BUT PLAIN NAAN WAS VERY HARD .IN THIS RESTAURANT THERE IS AN OLD MEN (ABOUT 55 -60) HE COMMENTS ON YOUNG GIRLS I NOTICED.

They provide stale food & foods are without spice . Servicing is worse. Waiters misbehave with customers. Liluah (G.T Road) is surrounded by schools & colleges but according to that restaurant only families are allowed & if frnds & couples go there they can't take even a snap. Sometimes they shouts for tips and their thinking is very cheap.

Worst sweet shop ever visited. The head of the staff is very rude. They serve sweets which are not edible and when you complain they say that if the sweet is not good,it's not there problem. I would suggest not to buy sweet from this shop because they are not trust worthy.

We used to bring sweets and rasmalai specially from this place! It was always good! Today we bought it and the experience was horrible ! Day by day the service is detoriating! If the customer doesn’t like the food,they are bound to either return the money or exchange what we bought instead of something else! We called them before going to exchange and they said we will exchange! When we went from so far away,they didn’t exchange ,they started tasting and saying even if the sweet is rotten,you will have to eat them! What kind of customer service is this! I recommend not to buy sweets from this shop! They are sheer thefts,robbing people of their money by giving rotten sweets!

Few items are very delicious and above upto the Mark. Fried rice taste, with chicken preparation good. Turnover with people good. Students are taking food here. Good place, good turnover. Hygienic maintaining.

Gangotri shree is a pure veg family restaurant, located just opposite to Big bazar Or, RD mall in liluah. They have two floor. The ground floor consists of the sweets and snacks section. They've a variety of sweets to choose from. The quality and quantity is absolutely perfect. The items served are really fresh. The second floor is the restaurant area, which is mainly opened after 2 in the afternoon. The food served is delicious. But, I feel it to be slightly pricey. The also have a home delivery option via swiggy. Drop in here whenever you're near liluah.

In the restaurant, North Indian foods will taste ok. Chinese item’s taste are pathetic. You get better Chinese food on streets. At their sweets and snacks counter staffs don’t offer sweets to taste. You just have to look at the sweets and make judgement. Sweets are expensive here so without tasting how can one decide which one to buy? I hope for the improvements in future.

Visited some days back.. Wasn't ever told what was being offered. After waiting for 15/20 minutes when we ordered for some Dosas etc we were told its not available. I found it very unprofessional and cheap business policy to hold on to customers without conveying them the matter clearly. I rate 2/5.

The service isn't quite good here, but the food is great! If you love chinese and thinnest noodles, this is the place for you. It has got good Indian food also. The restaurant is on the first floor and it's a chaat centre and also a sweet shop on the ground floor. If you have the patience to put up with the not good service, this place will be worth trying!

I had dinner at gangotri restaurant (lilua) and my experience was bad The plates were not clean and for food Like i ordered cheese garlic naan and when I had it it smells like it had only garlic and garlic was not properly cutted which is required for naan and cheese was not enough given , the same had been said to the staff but they are like, it is like this only I expect better food and service.

Hygiene is to look out for

The Quality of the Sweets are really very good. The counter personnel are well behaved and cooperative as well. One suggestion about their Namkeen packaging, if after opening the packet it could be locked, the same packet could easily be used until the item is totally consumed. This type of packaging is done by Haldi ram & many other manufacturer. My humble request to Gangotri Shree management to look into this issue.

Famous sweets shop in the locality...its located on the GT road ...good quality of sweets are available ..you can choose sweets from many varieties..they also have a restaurant in first floor which is equally famous for its great taste and quality overall it's a one stop shop for all your hunger.

Worst shop ever visited. Very high prices and very poor quality.very rude staff. I had food poisoning after eating sweet from this shop. I would suggest not to eat sweet for your whole life rather than buying sweet from this shop.Also hygiene level is zero.
