This place can make you sick even if you aren't. My in-laws visited this place for post covid treatment. First of all they have been prescribing tests everyday. Lets assume for a second that its for their betterment of health. Now lets focus on the service and harassment part. People working there, behave as if they are doing a free service and dont have 1% sense on how to behave with a senior citizen. They have zero internal process and communication among billing and collection and will make the patient struggle because of it. The receptionist Payel Das, doesn't know how to do billing, doesn't know how to talk and lesser I talk about the pulmonologist better it is. They made covid recovered patients travel 7 times in last 14 days, because of their incapability of knowing what to do next. They made those senior citizens wait at the lobby from 10:30AM, in spite of doctor's official time being 11:30AM. They never mentioned of requirement of Aadhar card and upon going there, they said test cant be done without Aadhar. Is this how you provide service or treat people? You are exploiting the name of Apollo and using some insensible illiterate people running the place to ensure 100% dis-satisfaction and 100% harassment of the people. This place is a Money making machine. Let me tell you all, since the time they have recovered from Covid and till date which is almost 14 days, they have been doing tests only. No medicine or practices have been advised yet. Go to a hospital if you want a better life.

Apollo clinic,Jessore Road is at China Mandir stopage,opposite to Oxford avani building and buside Gokuldham Society.The place is clean .All the technicians,nurses and the receptionist are extremely courteous! Right from the booking process over phone till the service everything went smoothly. Very happy with their service.

They love to gather crowd, even in the pandemic situation when social distance is the key to stop the spread there admin would love to call patients in hour or more advance to gather crowd. Nice mony makeing policy for few bunch of local prople who call them customer care or receptionists, whatever.

It's a neat and clean place which has been made for systematic with time. Apart from dentistry they provide all facilities here. Parking is a little problem if one is in self drive as there are very limited parking on the road. Many are not aware but they have a lift provision as well which is not visible at the main entrance.

Wish I could give them zero rating. The staffs of reception desk (counter no. 2) is utterly unprofessional. A bunch of them were sitting and gossiping chatting with themselves, they can't even properly talk to patients families and can't even noticing when the patients are going out of doctors chambers and thus jeopardising the serial system. They should keep in mind that they are employed to give service to patients, not to show mercy on them. Apollo clinic authorities should take stern action against those receptionists. Non recommended at all.

The clinic has been present here for many years and has a large variety of doctors and also has many tests available like ECG, Blood tests, Ultra sonography, X-rays etc. It is frequently visited by people from surrounding areas like Bangur, Dum Dum Park, Kalindi, Lake Town, Nagerbazar and so on.

I performed a complete health checkup for my mother. Procedures are extremely efficient and staff are courteous. However, they did not take over-the-phone booking, which according to them was to ensure that customers understand the process. Also, certain reports are not available online. However, I was able to do everything over-the-phone and receive reports in real-time over whatsapp at the Ballygunge branch, the week before. Also, I would have appreciated if the master health checkup package had a dental and optometrist consultation.

I book appointment for doctor visit every alternate month for my mother in law. This month also i did the same. It was told that doctor will come at 6:30 p.m, so kindly be there by 6:15p.m. She was there by 6p.m. as it is first come first serve basis. She was made to sit till 7-7:15p.m. Then called. People who came after her went first. This is not right. Information should be given properly as elderly people are treated in this way. If the information was intimated properly then she could have gone a bit later.

Apollo Clinic it is near Lake town Jessor Road. All the staff are very good and very co-operative. But there one fault is they never pick up the call.

Person deputed should be more polite & confident about his job, he has taken blood samples without knowing since I am fasting , he was pressing hard for full payment. Since Last many cases a token amount was paid & balance by card while report taken. If full payment is required than he should have card swipe machine. Thanks, please keep customer relations with entire satisfaction.

Pathetic experience with the "time slots for tests" given by front desk employees at the time of booking and deal with patients are also in questions.

Yesterday I went for a routine checkup. I have to appreciate their behaviour.. Each and Everyone was equally helpful and polite. I had several queries and they solved everything without any complaint. The doctors who did My USG and Echo they were remarkable. Seriously they made me so comfortable and helped in every possible way.

I will never suggest any one to visit this Apollo, first time I have visited this place and the worst experience and worst behaviour by Apollo recipients they even don't know how to behave with customer and they're handle customer desk..I must suggest everyone before going their once go to all reviews u will come to know the truth.

Worst service ever. They force you to pay 50 extra for registration and card just to provide review. Even if you reach early for test and consultation there's no assurance that it will be first cum first serve. Staff doesn't now how to handle or care patient and made them wait unnecessary. Worst clinic with minimal knowledge of customer care and behaviour with clients. We booked appointed in the morning by visiting but at the scheduled time we delayed for 15 mins so they dragged our slot at the end of all patients, i.e. 10 patients. If it is their system then no point of advance booking requirements. They charged bank payment transaction fees without giving us receipt for that. Reception ladies are very unprofessional. Not at all a suggested place for people

Located on Jessore Road near China Mandir bus stop, this clinic provides services like clinical tests like E.C.G, x-ray, pathological tests etc.as well as consultancy services by doctors. Open on all days of the week including Sunday. Services reasonably good and charges not too high.

Grossly inaccurate reports! Was almost on the verge of embarking my mother on a completely incorrect treatment protocol based on the reports provided from here; would have been catastrophic if I had proceeded considering their reports as the source of truth. I got the same tests done from two other reputed places and they came out just fine. Be aware, the tests I am talking about are extremely critical and one's life may depend on it's accuracy (or lack of it) and these callous unprofessionals goofed it up! Not to say, they cost a bomb.

Majority of the staffs looks irritated most of the times, doesn't bother to listen to you as they remain super busy talking to themselves, counter 1 & 2 are poles apart and confusing, purified water doesn't taste good, n lastly you won't get online report online unless you put a request during billing unlike other centre where your report can be checked online or in mail. Otherwise tests and results were satisfactory.

I'm rating this 5 due to the doctors attending the patients. This particular clinic has one of the best doctors, be it General Medicine, Dermatology, Orthopedic or any other field. There is, however, a lot of time wasted for billing and booking.

The receptionists are the absolute worst. They don’t have the etiquette to talk to people over call. If you call up to set an appointment, they will cut you off (4 times in my case!) and start chitchatting with their colleagues in the middle of the conversation without even a basic courtesy of putting you on hold. I understand that they have to multitask, but if your job is to attend calls and set up appointments, then you should prioritise the caller before anything else. Dr. Sanjib Chaudhury is an excellent doctor. I went for a tooth extraction, it went on smoothly, no pain , no excess bleeding whatsoever. The entire process took 15 mins.Recovery was easy. However, the receptionist and few other ladies dressed in Apollo uniform were extremely rude. Unprofessional behaviour, just busy in chatting among themselves. A brand like Apollo should be more diligent in choosing their front desk.

Worst clinic ever. Doctors seem like they have target for tests. They are purely money minded and have highly expensive tests. My encounter with liver doctor was so bad that he asked operation on first sitting after ordering hundreds of tests. After consulting with family doctor, I saved not just money and time, but also the false operation which he recommended. Worst place in the name of health.

my wife visited this place to see Dr Sukanto . he was there on time .. that all was important for me . the clinic by its self do not serve much purpose . it's the Doctor's that is important for me . the wating room is clear and setting place is there.

I had visited the place after the lockdown. Doctors of different specialties are available. All the precautions were being followed, especially physical distancing and sanitization. There were enough seats for waiting. The staffs are cooperative. There is minimal waiting time. Appointment can be done over the phone. The appointment confirmation with details wil be sent via SMS.

Injection given by gouramma sister is without painless and doctor are also very good experianced

The doctors never come on time. The staff is exceptionally noisy for a medical clinic. Good chance you'll suffer from noise pollution apart from the disease that needs treatment. I waited for Dr Aniruddha De for more than an hour in two occasions. This shows he has no respect for his profession , for his patients; no self-respect either. Come here only if Coronavrus has killed everybody and this is the only clinic standing. Though I'd much rather prefer Coronavrus wipes out this place first.

Very unprofessional and ignorant staff members at the report collection counter. When I went to collect USG report at the given time schedule, they did not search in the reports they already had with them and told me that report had not come and asked to wait. After waiting for an hour, it was found that the report was already available with them and just because they were casual, insensitive and did not know importance of time, they kept me waiting. Management should look into this.

Calling continuously for two days...they are not responding.We are not free & calling them for chit chat..

the worst place and the lady at the reception and service desk does not know how to behave with patient. neither they have sympathy or empathy for the elderly patient, nor they are honest, in the website itself the timing for dr's visit is mentioned till 6.30, but they dont allow any patient after 5.45 pm, they are so ruthless and dishonest. I personally made appointment with Dr. Jayanta Mukherjee, in the website itself it shows that he sits from 4/4.30 to 6.30 pm and even while booking appointment the receptionist told me that the doctor would be there till 7 pm. My patient was an elderly lady who could not even walk. I reached well within doctor's visiting hour, the doctor was chatting with someone while i reached, but even after seeing the condition of the patient, he refused to see the patient and moved out. The receptionist told since we reached at 5.55 pm, the doctor would not see the patient. The receptionist was not only rude but also denied to have told at the time of booking about doctor availability till 7 pm. I have never seen such a ruthless doctor in my life. If Doctors are compassionate with the patients, the patients also have the comfort, then only a patient would respect a doctor. If the doctor does not care a patient then the doctor also fails to earn respect from patient.
