Staffs are rude .especially the ones at the billing counter, they won't give you the bill or the things unless you hav given feedback on pantaloons site, force you to say good things about them! Pathetic. Bad experience

It's been pathetic and bored one now. Only counted brands and least varieties available. John Miller brand not available...!! You won't find garments with proper fitting.

A good shopping experience, less crowded, more brands and a variety of options. Price is a little high but there are good deals and sale going on from time to time. Parking facility is available but limited and a little costly. I personally favour the pantaloons in lalpur Eastern mall more. High range of products from shoes to handbags, belt, bags, masks, lingerie, Indian, western, woollen everything. It is a one stop shop, all under one umbrella. I would recommend taking in a membership because that allows one to attain more discount offers. Always have a good collection - in all seasons.

I live in Hinoo Ranchi,so prefer to shop at Pantaloons Hinoo. Visited on 28th July 2022 late in evening. When I go for billing, it was taking time, they said network me problem hai.I waited for some time then I ask them to keep my clothes aside (3-4pajamas and t shirts), I will come after some time. They said ok, but it started raining after half an hour,so I decided to go next day, I arrive the store on 29th july 2022( today) at 11 :30am for billing but they were clueless ,where my clothes were. Looks like person in charge on billing counter tells his staff on asking, hai to hai nhi hai to nhi hai,ye madam sham me aayi thi ki nhi. Totally disappointed, will never go that store

Highly overpriced... I have done shopping several years in different different pantaloon stores and found reasonable price of quality clothes but this one is really way out of common people
