Recently had a day stay, food is excellent, hospitality is satisfactory. But, the activities to do with kids or even as adults are very minimal. No specific space for indoor activities, out door sports activities equipments are old and not well maintained. Indoor cycling is not upto the mark, cycles had no air and not maintained properly. Swimming pool was good though.

Went for a corporate outing. The food was not bad but they could've served it fresh. The restrooms are well maintained, ample parking space. But the security was a bit rude. He was chasing us out from the lawn at 5PM sharp.

I recently had an amazing experience during my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort & Convention Center. From the moment I stepped onto the sprawling grounds surrounded by lush greenery, I knew I was in for a treat. The well-maintained swimming pool was beckoning me to take a dip. The entire campus exuded aesthetic charm, with meticulous attention to detail evident in every nook and cranny. The room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Their outstanding level of hospitality and politeness was remarkable. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options available. We opted for breakfast and dinner, and it was definitely worth it as the menu was constantly changing. Whether I wanted to enjoy local delicacies or savor international cuisine, there were endless choices to satisfy my cravings. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to explore popular tourist spots and navigate the city. Before I conclude, I want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Teresa Kshatriya. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel, and I believe it was worth every penny. I highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

Hotel is pretty good. Rooms are clean. Food is good. Nectar the bar - service is slow. Cocktails are amazing. Petals the restaurant - food is good. Breakfast spread is amazing.

Need to improve service . 1. No driver to park self driven cars from reception area to parking area 2. No gaurd / life saver near swimming pool 3. No mirror in attach bath with gives enlarged close up image near wash basin which is a standard / must fixture. 4. No good pneumatic pressure in health faucets. Service at Restaurant is excellent and need to mention our special thanks to the staff.

Great stay.. lovely rooms/cottages. We had a great time staying in four points mahabalipuram.. Superb break fast spread covers - continental, oriental, Asian/Indian Dinner buffet wasn't convincing, however quality of food was good. Over all ,we had a great time spent

The rooms are decent in the resort, nothing to complaint. The food was really great and they kept on changing the menu everyday. The play area was very good with lot of sport activities. We went for a business meeting for 3 days, the meeting room they provided was very little bit small. Overall the entire experience in the resort was really good, worth visiting.

Very good amenities and safe place for kids. Hospitality was top notch especially Ms Sunitha took a good care of our stay and arrangements. Plunge pool was cleanly maintained and safe for kids and it was large enough to enjoy with loved ones. Rooms were very clean and comfort. Valet parking is available and we can also use the bycycle to have a ride within the property.
