    I had a terrible experience here. I was traveling from the karoo through Paarl to Cape Town. While waiting for my lift to arrive I ordered and started eating my whopper. I had some luggage with me, as one would when travelling. I was enjoying my food even though they couldn't be arsed to give me any sauces with my meal. After only two bites of my burger, the security guard (who henceforth will be referred to as Supercop) asked me to leave the restaurant. At first I was confused but I quickly realised that he must have thought I was homeless because of all my luggage. I tried to reason with Supercop. I told him I'd leave after my food. I told him my lift was only 4 minutes away just outside Wellington. I told him he should not kick out paying customers whether they have a home or not. He didn't relent. And, before I could even start eating my chips, Supercop was taking my bags outside. I didn't protest because I didn't want to make a scene, and fortunately my lift arrived as he was throwing the last of my belongings on the floor. Supercop, at this point flabbergasted that I had not been lying, quickly disappeared. I used to love burger king but now it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. It didn't seem like anyone in the restaurant had been trained in what they do. And it is Paarl. I wasn't at a Boerewors King, now was I? What a horrible time.

    Almost waited 40 minutes in the drive thru line, upon receiving food one of the pattys was burned and just a little bit cheese sauce on the fries, bit i was charged for it, so disappointed, tried to phone afterwards but no answer 👎

    I ordered through the Mr D app and chose the option to come pick it up myself. Had to stand around and eventually had to ask to be helped, because all the staff were just ignoring me. When I asked for my order, they had no idea about it and haven't even started making it yet. Waited another 20 minutes to finally get my food and trusted that it was the correct order, as I didn't feel like going through all my bags to check. Got home and saw that they indeed forgot to add something to my order, that I paid for. Just an all round bad experience and the staff didn't really help the situation either. What's the point of being able to order and pay ahead of time, if you just have to do it all again in store?

    The food is delicious, but I've had multiple issues with orders being wrong and you always have to sit in the parking lot and wait for your order. Not very convenient for a drive through. Should rename it to a Drive-In l, rather than a Drive-Thru. The food is good so we do tend to go back from time to time.

    I ordered a family meal from Burger King, and I got a 2l bottle pepsi, I asked if I could please have cups so that we can drink the pepsi while we eat. They refused and told us we have to buy the cups at normal rate as if we bought a refillable cooldrink. My burger bun was also stale, which was not even nice.

    Great place with friendly staff but whatever you do stay away from Tanya. Burger King, whatever you did to this poor soul please just apologize. Very rude, she certainly does not belong in retail/hospitality.

    We came here upon arrival we orderd a family meal. When we got our food we asked for cups so we can drink the pepsi that came with the meal. They said no we have to buy the cups @R17 each. Upon opening our food the buns were hard on the burger. Worst burger king ever we will not come here again.

    Ordered 3 meals tonight of which one were the Bacon pepper jack. Arriving home in Wellington starting to take a few bites i noticed the patty was undercooked. Mind you i am pregnant and now freaking out. Very very dissapointed.

    Tables are not always clean. Food are good. Sometimes long lines at till and waiting line for food. I think they should think of adding another till so that people can get helped faster. Also afrikaans speaking personell will be a good to have.

    Pathetic!!! Walked in and asked if they were closing, as I didn't want a cold burger. Was served a cold burger. Ordered a replacement, and was served another cold one. Made a scene, and everyone looks at me as if I'm crazy!! The "Manager" isn't interested in any form of apology. Pathetic!!! No pride in their work, at all!!!

    Every single time I come through the drivethrough, I get told to park in the parking lot and wait for my food there. EVERYTIME. why have a drivethrough? As I'm typing this review, I'm sitting in my car in a parking spot opposite the drivethrough waiting for my food. 10mins have passed as of right now...

    A fast and very efficient burger king. Staff are always helpful. Always clean inside. Did have a bit of a blunt at the soda fountain with the pepsi max mango tap. What came out was soda water. That was a bummer.

    The place is not very clean. They never clean the tables when people get up. For more than two months they couldn't make the bacon king as their microwave is broken. The ice cream machine was broken when we went and they offered us half as it was all that came from the machine.

    Ordered almost R1000 worth of food and then got home to the disappointment of not having one meal in our bags.. And this is after the cashier double checked everything. Our boyfriends ordered and paid, so they had our slip with them while they waited outside, so she had their own slip as reference.(the guys ordered more things than what we were aware of) And this is after they didn't add the extra jalapeños on one of the burgers that we paid for. But I made a point to check for that because they almost always forget to put our extra jalapeños on when we order it.. Tried calling them now but no answer.. Every visit to burger King we have, there is always some kind of let down.

    What has happened to BK? Firstly we always have to wait in the parking for the order?? Secondly I have sent an email to Customer service re the poor quality of the burger. If we had wanted a MacDonalds we would have gone there. So very disappointed..

    Fine apart from the staff growling at you for not putting the rubbish bag in the bin after eaten I would have thought that if you say eat in they would give you a tray and not a bag also if they have time to sit on their back sides chatting they must have time to do the job they are paid to do.

    The packaging lists the Whopper ingredients as "100% flame-grilled beef, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, pickles, onions and a sesame seed bun," and also says the burger doesn't have any artificial ingredients, monosodium glutamate (MSG) or high-fructose corn syrup.18 Sept 2020 You are cutting corners! Yesterday, 27 Feb 2022, we bought a whopper meal from you. We also ordered 2 sauces, and extra mayonaise. Firstly, there was no lettuce or anything on ther burger. Secondly, we didn't receive our sauces or mayonaise. In fact, there wasn't even serviettes, or cutlery or anything. The burgers, was a total dissapointment. From the 1st burger we had, when you opened, till now, it has only gotten worse

    Dear Burger King Rembrandt Mall Manager Please note that almost every evening after 9Pm your staff is outside making a lot of noise talking and screaming so loud that we in the neighborhood cannot sleep. Only after 23h00 tonight it went quiet. For over 2 hours we had to listen to the loud noises over 100m away from the entrance. We stay in Dorp street across from the Boulevard and this is honestly not pleasant at all. Kindly inform them , I would like to enjoy your staff, my evenings as much as I enjoy your meals.     The service that Uber Eatz, Mr D and other online purchases couriers gets from Paarl Burger King is very disappointing and very unprofessional and very poor, not only couriers, but also walk-in customers as well, will be waiting for their food more than is expected. Please when you employ people make sure you check them out if indeed can work under pressure and they really Wana give their best when it comes to service. Couriers will be waiting for their orders for 20 to 30 minutes. Yes I understand that other customers should be helped as well. But I think you should have people that directly deal with online purchases customers to make it easy and faster. I have been Uber eatz courier for 2 and half month now and I see what's happening withyour Paarl Burger King Staff that they don't have passion for their job and that makes a service very poor slower. I love Burger King, let it not be ruined by staff that have no passion for serving the public. Thank you.

    Its just ok. Service is not too friendly though but food is good. If you have a larger vehicle, rather go in the shop as turning isnt easy with a bigger vehicle.

    Burgers are always delicious. Waited about 15 min in the patking for standard nenu items. When the food came, 1 packet of chips was missing, but after asking, it was quickly rectified. Great food if you don't mind a little wait

    After a meeting in Paarl yesterday, I craved some BK. Went to the drive thru and ordered. My order was gotten wrong. I order only a sandwich but received a full meal; ordered Pepsi Diet no ice, but got it with ice. Its the small things that matter in excellent customer service. Food was good though.

    I ordered something that was about over R50 cant remember but i only reveived the burger and a few pieces on lettuce on it. Was very disappointed. The first time i got a dry burger with no cheese and no sauce only a tomato. Really bad

    Had the best experience with burger king lately. I visited on a Monday night and order a wopper special via drive through, and the cashier/sales assistant adviced me on a better special and also took the time to explain all the specials they have for each day of the week. When i got to the last window I was greeted with the happiest friendly smile. I updated my 4star to 5star since this event.

    In the drive thru there is a pole where you have to turn, it is almost impossible to turn with a big vehicle or pick-up. When we enquired about it, we were told that many have complained about it and that management is aware of the complaints.. So why is nothing been done?

    Food as always is what it is. Love the onion rings. Unfortunately as has been discovered elsewhere, order was not complete and was made to feel sheepish when I had to go ask inside. Still had a 250+- trip, used the drive through.

    The cashier was a gem, but the rest of your staff were rude. It made the atmosphere tense and the meal could not be enjoyed as it should. The experience even upset other customers. All we asked for was cups to drink the Pepsi with which we received with our family meal order. Having to buy cups for the colddrink was an extra expense and just ridiculous. We definitely will not support you in future, and with staff like this, you will continue getting had reviews. Very unhappy customer...
