    Staff not the most friendly / professional I have come across at KFC Typical of KFC there are always out of stocks and menu items not available Twice now I have gone through drive thru, placed order and at payment window was asked to come inside to swipe my card for payment..... Really?

    EDIT: The manager (Chantel) can definitely get a 5 star!! Excellent client service from her. Food is fresh and really nice. Service definitely needs attention. And the cashiers "friendliness"

    Extremely disappointed and angry. The chicken was so extremely hard and dry. Realizing at home it was the chicken of a customer who ordered and the order was standing there for a very long time. The cashier lady name appear as Grazio Daniels on the slip, asked me if I wanted to take the same chicken someone ordered as the chicken was probably there for an hour. Said I will wait for the fresh chicken that was busy. The lady took that order to the back and as I tasted realized it was the same that was put in the oil again. I am so disgusted in that lady. We work hard for our monry to have these luxories that were awful!!!! I will surely go back and set her right and give her the rest of the chicken to eat herself!!!The worst KFC!!!!

    I think if Colonel Saunders had to taste the chicken tonight, he would turn in his grave. The chicken is soaked of old oil and the 11 spices are nowhere to be tasted. Because of the old oil used, the taste of the chicken is bitter and that is about all you taste. In general I do not think that Kentucky is what it used to be and somewhere someone messed up this wonderful recipe...hopefully one day I can walk into a Kentucky and taste this again. Besides the food, the service was good.

    I went to the drive through waited to place my order no one was on the audio set. Drove round to see if there was someone at the payment window and there was no one. Went to collection window and there was a vehicle collecting their order. I got to the window and was asked where did I order I explained everything and wanted to place my order there as there were no other vehicles in the drive through. The one wearing the headset then said to me that I must drive around and do the whole process again. I refused and left. Why must I wast petrol because she was not doing her job. The worst service ever. If this continues it won't be long before the doors close. Very disgusting. I won't recommend anyone go there it is a waste of time and money.

    Quick new WhatsApp order system. Kids just love it! Use whats app, order, give name and counter and pay. Staff impressed me - pleasant experience and shop was very neat!

    Went through the drive through for a quick meal. Service was great/friendly from the order, payment and through to receipt. Dunked burger was good, but fries and the chicken piece in the dunked box was stale. Chicken not crispy at all... Chips not cooked through. No tomato sauce added to the take away.

    After ordering we waited to a point where it could no longer be called fast food. Then got a bad piece of chicken, rotten, mixed in with other good pieces. Almost vomited.

    Paid by the self help machines came to the counter, and they insisted that I should still pay this after I've showed them my receipt which also states paid. Should definitely check that the people in front know the different type of transactions.

    On three occasions I have received terrible food. Either the chips are awful or the meal is old. We ordered the new crunch slider and the way this thing came in the box was a joke.. I have only ever once had a decent meal from this KFC..

    Ordered online for collection after I saw the "Q-Skip" option. Although I specified an exact time of collection, which was about 30 minutes from the time I ordered, I still had to wait in the queue for 20 minutes as no one had any clue of our order and they still needed to prepare it.

    Good food and good staff but they tend to slow down when there's a number of people, and the restaurant looked a bit crowded, if they could get more space I think it'll really improve both the business and people visiting

    I bought the collective box at kfc yesterday. Dunked burger was fantastic, staff very friendly and quick. What stuck out was the how off the chicken tasted and smelt!! I have no idea how that chicken was served to customers. Drove back after realizing the chicken was off, staff were very helpful. To get me a new order however the chicken in general was just off. I was not the first to complain about the meat on that day.

    Hi I bought breakfast this morning in your KFC Paarl Mall, I'm not sure if your coffee is suppose to look like this or its only mine that looked like this. Your coffee tastes horrible. Its still here in my desk, I'm thinking of bringing it back later on. This is nonsense

    Not bad for a KFC outlet. The boxmaster meal was super tasty and freshly made. I hope they keep up the good work and keep on making good take out food.

    I'm at worcester Kfc at the moment music so loud that they can't even hear the orders. Casher refuse to reduce sound. One order was repeatedly said due to the loud noise how can you serve a customer

    Buy some chicken pieces yesterday some of the chicken pieces was not clean well and the pieces are more dow than anything else. Never never in my live I will buy there again. It is a shame to pay a lot of money for nothing.
