This PEP has the worst service. Only giving it one star cause thats what is needed to write this review. The woman who helped me at the pay point sang so loud I couldn't think straight and to top it off after I paid with my card she tells me she forgot to scan a few things(too busy singing). So I left it and will never ever shop there again that is for sure!!!! Please train your staff because the customer service is horrendous!!!

Staff are obstinate and need training. Alexa is definitely not a capable manager. She needs a communication course .

My wife was treated very poorly by Alecia (or some other spelling of the name) who we believe is the manager. Hope to never shop there again

Sorry won't make use of this store ever again...as the scruffies just took my and another ladies telephone....useless staff, manager especially..
