It's a convenient mall in the Western Cape and ideal stop for supplies if you're heading out on a road trip. It has most of the stores with which you are familiar as well as mainstream eateries. The toilets are clean and staff are generally helpful. Ample free parking though no covered parking is available. It's open until 17:00 on Saturdays. The mall is in the centre of a small business district that includes fuel stations and a car dealership.

Great tidy mall with a large number of clothing retailers so of you are after some clothing this is the place to go. It also has the usual outlets for groceries and also restaurants bottle shop and a range of other good stores. Well worth a visit.

Never had any issues at this mall. Staff are normally very helpful and friendly. The new addition is great as there are new stores and a lot more parking than there used to be. They often have little pop up stands inside also that turn out to be fun activities for kids.

Pretty average mall, good space and many shops to shop inside of. Outside is divine but inside a bit dirty and hot. Wasn’t there long, but a decent experience overall!

It is small so it's easy to locate what you need.

Like the layout. Love the automatic doors! Just swipe your hand above the button and the doors open automatically. Restrooms clean. And I must say this - the Christmas decorations are beautiful! Would have liked some undercover parking for the Paarl heat but thats about all negative.

Quite a nice mall. Popped in on our way to our weekend getaway to get some groceries from PnP. Took a stroll through the mall. Not too crowded & seems to have all the major clothings stores, jewellery shops, coffee shops, some restaurants, etc. Plenty of parking available. Clean and most of the shops we went in had friendly staff.

Always a pleasure. Covid rules are kept except a few that think there noses are not connected to their throat. Clean and friendly shopping.

The interior of the mall is always secure, clean and tidy. The mall has most of the shops which sell a range of products. The mall has an ample carpark. It has most of the big 5 banks. It has coffee shops and grocery stores.

Big mall for the area, but you won't find everything as there are limited shops. Bigger malls closer to and in Cape Town usually have more shops to choose from. Ample parking available.

This mall has slightly more than enough (very slightly) shops and variety of shops that you'd need for every day needs. In comparison to other malls it is quite small but as I said, it is substantial. The mall as well as the bathrooms are kept clean throughout the day, there is almost always someone in the bathrooms cleaning surfaces and mopping etc. 7/10 Would recommend.

Since stumbling across it some time ago. This is my third time back. Very friendly parking and crew looking after. My main attraction is Woolworths eatery however all your standard Mall shops are there too.

Place is clean and in good order but aircons were not working in all shops. Utherwize as good as a mall can be.

We had lovely Wimpy breakfast today and on a previous date Spur dinner. I enjoy the layout of this mall. It feels like one of the more welcomming once. We parked within easy walking distance of our destinations on both occation. It was a good addition to our vaction and we will go again when we visit the area again in future.

It is always so nice to walk in the mall. The vibe is just so nice and it feels like everyone knows everyone and it's also very safe

If one's taste is not too exotic, you will find what you need. Mall is clean l, welcoming and safe.

I. Seriously warning all that the big days for shopping is coming up., and the way the structure of the driving lanes and parkings were made is stupid. Im not going tp do my shopping at paarl mall i will rather go out of town, stellenbosch, cape gate or N1 City but not paarl mall. If anyone wants to be part of that mess of a parking and the entrance and exit of paarl mall feel free to do so.

I just LOVED what I see. Just when I think, I have reached the end...Surprise it's not. The shape of the Mall is just out off this world. I have to say, the people behind the Mall really took their time and think it through. LOVED IT.

It is a normal shopping center with some really good options for gents & ladies clothing etc. You do need more different options for food and same for coffee. Good location. Recommended for normal kind of shopping or on the go travel shopping.

Its The only mall in Paarl and everyone goes there but I think Mini Max can open another cinnema at the mall. Paarl needs more big screens.

The new road into the mall is not designed well big vehicles have to turn into oncoming traffic to get out of the parking area. Not well thought out

Appreciate the addisional parking bays recently added. Variety of shops and service providers. Always clean and neat.

Easy to find. Never really had issues with parking in the 10 or so times I have been there. You can find most necessary items and a bit more. Good all rounder.

The design of the mall is not practical, it’s stretched out and not really shopper friendly, although it offer most of the larger retail outlets. I will only go there because it’s probably still the best option in the area, but not the best design of a shopping mall around.

Not very impressed with Paarl mall and specially their food department. I bought 'n "bacon and cheese" muffin from Mugg and Bean but it only had 2 small pieces of bacon in it and a bad after taste. Later I went to John Dory's and there food also wasn't very good or tasty.

Lovely mall. Perfect size and has all the shops I needed. Love the food court area. Bathrooms are clean. Staff are friendly.

Good selection of stores. The mall has good parking and is clean and modern. Once the new construction is complete I will probably award it 5 stars.

Paarl mall is the perfect destination for those who wish to hit ships like Woolworths, Kauai, vida, CUM books, total sports, Cape Union Mart etc. It does not have a Forever New, Lovisa or Zara BUT it is busy expanding and has a food lovers just a few hundred meters away

Spacious walking area in the mall corridors. Clean toilets. Great shopping experience at most of the shops. Friendly service.

Can get very crowded due to its smaller size.

The doors never work. At every single entrance, it's only the revolving door in working order. The rest is always broken. It's been like that for ages, and they always have excuses. There's no urgency or understanding for the safety implications.

Beautiful and chilled Mall. Smart and cool.

Good mall with all the necessary shops and some unique ones too. Just avoid the carwashers outside. They take long, charge too much and do a terrible job.

Favorite mall in northern suburbs

*don't be fooled by the so called parking attendants with the 'man-purses'. They will try and lure you into paying them a parking fee, in cash and to them...which of course is b.s. This parking lot is for free, remember that and don't be intimidated by them. Just park and walk away.* Great mall, easygoing with a good range of shops. Enjoyed shopping here.

Standard mall but lacking a few speciality stores

Everything you want is to be find here. Not crowded even on rainy day. Lots of parking closer to the building to be find at the furthest wing from the main entrance.

Lovely Mall to shop in. Nice variety of stores. Guards just need to be more vigilant and strict about the disabled parking. This is a huge problem for us that can't really walk far.

Good mall. Looks well maintained. We just popped in and out. So we did not spend a long time here. Would love to spend some more time if we go there again.

Place to big

Like always people standing and smoking at the entrance of the Paarl Mall. No signs and no security to let the people understand they cannot do that. And non smokers hate it. Emailed the Paarl Mall management about it nothing happended. So experience at Paarl Mall is like always not that good. And outside is dirty and the taxis just do what the want. So no poor experience and thing of rather going to a other mall ,anything other than the poor manage Paarl Mall

This is not one of my favoroute malls, but it has most of the stores you want in a mall and there are enough space for people to move around without feeling crowded.

Pretty much the only mall I ever use on Paarl. It has everything I need.

This mall is nice for every day stuff but come on... this place hasn't changed in the last 10 years! Everything has just been looked after and some new shops opened up but it is really lacking compared to other malls considering the absence of a theater... in my opinion, they sould make a deal with Minimax cinema seeing as it's been a beloved cinema for YEARS! It'll really help them both out a lot! But as I said, it's great for every day stuff...

Clean and safe.

Now this a picturesque Mall where I go here and there to get my groceries or to just have my breakfast with my family. It is clean, safe and very organized. From the parking bays, you will meet exceptional car attendants. Once inside the Mall, the experience get even much better, as you walk from place to place meeting friendly helpful security personnel and professional staff working in different businesses. Eateries are packed with good food and impressive services - so many options to choose from.

Great mall but could learn a few things from Cape Gate, like how to have all the shops stay open till later.

So apparently your orange-vested 'car guards' are asking customers whether they work inside the mall, in order to chase them away if they do, for the purpose of increasing their chances of recieving 'tips' from customers who are more worthy of parking their vehicles in your parking area.

Check out the new and improved Pick n Pay clothing store! Super spacious, fresh new look and environmentally friendly! Not even talking about the great product they have!! Staff friendly as well..

I live close by. Easy access. Friendly car guards. The shops are placed strategically. The sanitation is up-to-date with covid regulations. It's spacious and the size is easy to navigate.

A mall is a mall but this mall is a decent size very well kept plenty of uniformed security and very clean all safety protocols in place would defeat recommend this place

Quiet , nice and cool environment to do shopping.Nice big parking areas. The mall comprises of friendly staff in and out of the complex surroundings.

Very convenient for me especially because i work close by. The ATMs outside are also very safe to use and have around the clock security. I wish there was a bigger variety of shops though.
