This place is so cute! The staff is really nice. I ordered a hot cascara latte with oat milk for here & it is super tasty. Will definitely be back :)

When you walk into Alla Prima Coffee Roasters, it smells like quality coffee. Everything about this place is handcrafted, as the beans are roasted in house as well! I had the pleasure to speak with the owner and she took time out of her day to show me her studio and how she roasts her coffee beans. It was a wonderful experience. Not only does is smell wonderful, but the ambiance is cozy, there is plenty of seating, and you know that you are getting a high quality drink. Staff is friendly and sweet!

The coffee is full bodied yet perfect for a simple morning cup . This is the way coffee should taste and be roasted in my opinion. The roaster (Summer) is very bright, knowledgeable in her craft, and inviting to say the least. If you’re looking for a roaster whether for coffee in your home, or coffee for your business, Alla Prima Coffee Roaster should be your choice without a doubt, simply delicious!

Our Pensacola cycling group visited Alla Prima as our Coffeeneuring ride destination. I enjoyed a well-crafted, large Mocha Latte. I recommend ordering it extra hot.

Alla Prima, is the best in downtown. I've worked in the industry and have been brewing specialty coffee for years, this establishment has it down! Summer (owner) is a delight to talk with and her philosophy on roasting, drink prep and customer service really shines in the product Alla Prima is producing; with true care and attention to the coffee. I'd say you don't need to go anywhere else for a great cup, this is your spot!

This coffee shop is such a comfortable and cozy place. Their espresso is incredibly smooth, their cappuccino is velvety and perfectly balanced, and their pastries are so flavorful. My husband and I are excited to visit again soon to try more of their wonderful beverages and baked goods!!

Lovely new coffee shop!! They roast their own coffee beans, the drinks are delicious (highly recommend the Rosemary Honey latte!) and there's a variety of comfy seating inside with lots of outlets. It's easy to access and has plenty of street parking along both directions of Garden Street in front.
