I
purchased
a
hotspot
device
on
07/10/23,
along
with
an
annual
prepaid
plan.
The
device
was
to
be
utilized
offshore,
in
a
position
where
ATT
signal
is
available.
Although
ATT
signal
was
available
to
my
coworkers,
when
I
tested
my
device,
it
was
unable
to
receive
data
in
the
specified
area.
I
called
the
store
to
notify
them
of
the
issue
along
with
technical
support,
and
told
the
representative
that
as
soon
as
I
returned
from
offshore
that
I
would
be
returning
the
device
and
that
I
just
desired
a
refund
on
the
device
and
plan,
the
only
response
I
received
was,
"okay."
Despite
my
communication
with
the
store,
when
I
arrived
at
the
store
on
07/29/23,
I
had
to
go
back
and
forth
with
their
Assistant
Manager,
Anthony,
to
even
receive
a
partial
refund
for
the
device,
after
a
store
restocking
fee
of
$55
because
they
have
a
14
day
return
policy.
Following
this,
I
was
told
that
the
refund
for
the
plan
had
to
come
from
prepaid
customer
support.
To
not
make
this
longer
than
it
already
is,
I
spent
nearly
5
hours
of
my
time
between
2
days
at
their
storefront
to
resolve
the
issue.
I
basically
was
robbed
of
$350
for
buying
a
product
that
did
not
perform.
The
personal
customer
service
was
horrendous
from
Anthony,
Gerald,
Lisa,
and
Felicia.
The
storefront
refused
to
assist
in
resolving
the
refund
by
working
in
conjunction
with
prepaid
customer
services,
both
just
pointed
their
fingers
at
one
another
as
the
one
that
should
be
issuing
the
refund.
The
only
class
in
their
act,
that
actually
went
above
and
beyond,
was
a
man
named
Peyton
that
did
what
he
could
to
the
best
of
his
ability
to
assist.
I
thank
you
Peyton
for
your
assistance.
As
a
man
that
supervises
a
great
deal
of
personnel,
I
can
say
that
you
possess
the
qualities
of
a
man
that
should
be
in
leadership
and
management
roles.
I
can
definitely
not
say
the
same
for
your
coworkers.
Due
to
this
experience,
I
will
be
canceling
all
of
my
services
with
ATT
and
switch
to
a
service
that
holds
itself
responsible
to
its
customers
by
ensuring
that
the
customer
receives
the
products
that
they
pay
for.
