Place n ambience is very good. Do not expect a good service from staff. Extremely rude behaviour of staff especially a manager as it is Government owned. If u r coming with family ,do not stay here. The bookings are handled by collector office Bhopal under the influence of politicians. So if u have a jack then only do the bookings. We had such a worst experience of stay here where each n every staff expects hefty tip from You. Not at all recommended.

The place should be called Mold Hotel as the curtains and some doors are covered in fungus. This was the worst place I've ever stayed in. The rooms and bathrooms look and feel as if they haven't been repaired since 1947. Doors are very difficult to lock and the crockery is extremely dirty. The place was so dirty after one day that it made me sick from my allergies. Lots of bugs in the rooms. Please do not spoil your Pachmarhi experience by staying here.

Good affordable place for stay. No variation in food. Better to visit nearby hotels for lunch / Dinner. Fine with tea / breakfast

Very Comfortable PWD Guest House. Large Colonial era rooms. Generally Good and Breakfast is dependent on occupancy but there are ample restaurants nearby.

Nice place to stay. Room Service is bit costly here. Next time I would prefer eating outside.
