Our first trip to Colombia and how lucky we were to stay here. Incredibly clean modern rooms, friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond, safe and secure location, across the street from the park was fantastic- especially if you have kids or need a space to exercise or relax. Huge televisions with streaming services. No air or heat but so very comfortable each day in the temperate Colombian weather, especially having a patio balcony. Breakfast, which is included, is delicious! The kitchen staff could not have been more accommodating. (Did I mention you could have breakfast sent to your room at no extra charge?!) The pool was warm and the pool area clean and stocked with towels. We reserved the pool for an hour almost daily and my granddaughter loved it. Short walk to mall, grocery store and restaurants. When we return we would love to stay here again! Can’t say enough good things about Cassa Luxury Long Stay Apartments in Bogota!!!

They failed with everything, waited three hours until our booking was found, than we took another hotel.

If you are looking for an apartment feel with hotel service, this place is it. They have an underground garage to park your car for free. Morning breakfast with a great staff that take great care of you. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff are fast and are there whenever you need them. The pool is great as you can reserve it for 1 hour at a time, which is private for you or your family. They have a gym, the treadmill is a bit outdated but it has the weights you need to get the job done. They have meeting rooms and conference rooms if you ever need to do any work! They maintain the building very well and it literally right in-front of the Virrey Park, where there are tons of people running, exercising, yoga, meditation, and more. I highly recommend Cassa Luxury Homes!

The coziness of feeling at home. The pampering, the perfect spot as it’s right across a very nice park not to mention every restaurant imaginable and the Mecca of Bogotá nightlife. It’s going to be really hard to leave.

The room was very nice. It was new, modern, big, and comfortable (although it was described as having a balcony, which it really didn't have). The shower was also good. The location can be tricky, at least for us. On the one hand, it is a wealthy part of town and feels safe, even after dark. It is also just near a nice small urban park. On the other hand, it is not right at Zone T and it is quite far from the tourist areas (the old city and areas with the top restaurants). Bogota has really bad traffic and there is relatively few taxis near the hotel, so getting anywhere took us a lot of time. The staff of the hotel is a hit or miss. In our experience, the morning shift people were very helpful. The afternoon-night shift, so so. They were polite but not too excited to help. For example, when we checked in we only got one key, and you need a key for everything in this hotel (using the elevator or the electricity in the room). So we asked for a second key and they told us to come back in the morning. Another time we really couldn't find a cab willing to pick us up (the hotel is in a residential area so even the apps have trouble serving it when things get busy) and were really stuck and desperately asked the hotel for help and were told "go to the main road." The breakfast areas of the hotel is absolutely beautiful (the lobby is really nice too btw). The breakfast itself was just OK. We had much better ones on our Colombia trip. Overall, this experience was not bad but not great. This is an expensive hotel (for Bogota), and in hindsight we know we could have done better (we also stayed in GHL Tequendama in Bogota during this trip, which was cheaper and nicer).

Great hotel. Love the fact that there is a kitchen in every room for when you want to cook your own food. Makes things very convenient. Our room had a bed that was the size of two queens put together as I loved it! There was a patio, free breakfast and the building was secure. I loved that it was located across the street from a park for when I needed to get out and take a walk. Would definitely get a place here again. The convenience and walking distance to the mall is unbearable

Cassa Luxury Homes exceeded our every expectation and was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The rooms were extremely clean and organized, spacious, and came with every utensil imaginable. The room also had a full kitchen and fridge. The area immediately outside the hotel was also safe, there were many people jogging, doing yoga, and dog walking. The staff at Cassa luxury homes was the best part. Every single staff member went out of their way to ensure that we felt at home. The reception and kitchen staff were also very accommodating, always trying their best to communicate with us in English (we should have learned Spanish sooner!). Overall, if you’re in the park 93 area in Bogotá, you won’t regret staying here. I’m currently writing this review from a different hotel because I miss Cassa luxury homes.

We stayed at Cassa Luxury during October - November this year and were highly impressed with our stay. Appartments: The appartments are very spacious and modern - equiped with all necesseties for a long stay. Cleaning: The cleaning and the laundry service was fantastic - we have stayed at many hotels around the world but were never as impressed with the daily cleaning as here. Breakfast: Lovely buffet breakfast highlighted by an egg station and a lot of fresh exotic fruits and smoothies to choose from. Staff: The personal of the hotel were amazing , they solved every question we had and were very helpful and lovely. You made us feel like home. All in all, if you look for a modern luxurious appartment hotel with a lovely staff and Top service , do not look any further. We look forward to be back soon.

We stayed at Casa Luxury Homes for two nights in July. Our flight landed early in the morning so we opted to pay extra for a 7am check-in. Worth it. The breakfast was fantastic, as was the staff. The bachelor suite (superior apartment) was sufficient for the three of us (two adults and one 12 year old), the beds were comfortable, linens were clean. The bathroom set up was mostly great, though we wished there was a door separating the living area from the bathroom area. All in all, highly recommend this place if you want to be in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the hustle bustle.

We stayed here before and liked it. However, our last stay was disappointing. The room needed an upgrade. The couch was stained and the carpet was very dirty. The curtain rod handle broke on the first use. Lastly, the breakfast could be much better. For the price, we expected more.
