A nice and clean walking trail. You get to see a great view of lovers point. Tide was higher then normal but that was due to the tsunami warning. Definitely not a busy stop and loved that.

As it seems, March is too early to see blanket of flowers. Better come here mid/late April. That said, other flowers are blooming and itโ€™s worth coming here

Gorgeous underrated park just south of famous Loverโ€™s Point. There is street parking, arrive early. Fabulous and creative stone walkway down to the beach. Sand is pristine and lots of wildlife to watch, cormorants, otters etc. Also a sweeping view north of all the fishing boats in the Monterey Bay, and then thereโ€™s the magic carpet of ice plants. Tons of wildflowers in the Spring. Iโ€™m an artist with a studio in the Bay Area, and I paint this scene often. Perfect!

There are a lot of very cute harbor seals, some of which are very friendly, if you swim out here, be prepared to be approached by the curious and sometimes playful seals. Remember to be respectful, and try not to disturb the seals, do not approach resting seals if they stare hard at you, they will bail. BE QUIET, and do not splash around, don't touch a seal unless it touches you. If physically interacting with a wild seal: be as quiet as a mouse, be gentle, act playful or relaxed, seals are very, very quiet and gentle, unlike their California Sea Lion counterparts. if a resting seal does not tense up if you approach slowly, you may get up close if swimming, but still be very respectful, and don't try to pet it unless it slips into the water and greets you. Remember that it is unlawful to pursue, harass, kill, or harm wild seals in any way under the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1971. Be respectful, play safe, and have fun with the harbor seals by watching them from above, snorkeling, swimming and kayaking.

Beautiful spot to enjoy the views accompanied with beautiful flowers (in spring of course) and a path to walk around and take nice pictures. There are parking spot along the road as well as a small lot in the very center of the park. There are some benches along the way to seat and enjoy the views/sounds of the sea. Highly recommended

Best time to see the true beauty is Spring. I will just let the pictures show you . Still I think the pictures don't do it justice. Just got to go and see for yourself. And PLEASE people be respectful and don't go and stand in the middle of the flower beds. Those little trail ways are good for any type of pictures.

Enjoy the pink carpet bloom in spring and early summer with great views of the ocean. Paved trails along the coast with beautiful oceanside houses

Sat 5 Aug about 11 am. I really enjoyed walking the trail along Ocean Ave, with easy free street parking, and to see plenty coastal lined benches often with shade from trees.

Nice little trail that heads away from Lover's Point. In this means that it heads away from the crowds in general. You can get out here and see so much more tranquil views of Monterey Bay in all of its glory. Seems to be a lot more otters over in this area too.
