OYO Hotel Galaxy

Staff refused to check in for on line bookings. Rate of the booking was not acceptable. The rate they asked was best rate in Bhusaval. I pay same to Tanarika , one of best hotel in Bhusaval in all aspects. Reception staff at Galaxy was rude. Un welcoming

Worst Hotel, booked the room here through MMT and they did not provide me the room because i didn't had rtpcr report,and i had to cancel it, after canceling it they told me if i need room they can provide without report by charging extra amount, these people are fooling customers in the name of corona, none of the staff and manager wore face masks and covid norms were followed by them and they required covid report from customer....pathetic hotel

This is very interesting. When I went to the hotel, I thought I came to the wrong place because I saw a bar in there. But after reading the board on the front gate I realised that I came to the right place. Chicken Hyderabadi Biryani is awesome but normal chicken Biryani is not that good. But for families I think this place is not suitable because of the bar within the hotel 🏨.

Had wonderful experience. They let me checked in at late night. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Recommended for families. Best hotel in Bhusawal, near railway station and Bus stand. I will visit again.

Very pathetic no cleanliness nothing the room and bathroom was so dirty that u don't want to use it and also if we were asking for something from staff they use to take half half hour for simple things and we checked in the afternoon 1pm and we checked out in evening around 10 bcoz of no cleanliness and no rooms service don't check in if u do then it's a waste of money and I never saw a hotel of Oyo like this this was the first time that Oyo hotel is so bad

Zero star I mean I booked room and arrived late since it is 24into 7 but they told we don't give rooms at night online only offline booking at night and demanded very high price as I could not return to station als0o at that point then I booked room in the same hotel py paying huge amount of cash and again they started disturbing that u hv to cancel we booked it at very low price malik gussa krega wasted my money and didn't even sleep 3 am gya or 7am bol rha khali kr do don't even visit there by mistake of getting cheaper deal at oyo Insted u will get so many hotel near station.

Worst hotel of my life there were no kitchen service and they garenteed to have free wifi but don't even know what is wifi and the staff keps changing every ten minutes and the worst part was that the removed the plug of tv and ac and the only working tv was of room 101 and 102 others tv connection was removed and rooms which had working tv they don't had tv remotes
