A very popular mall in Miri. You can shop for gadgets, electronics, clothes, home appliances, musical instruments, gifts, groceries (located at the basement), and there's a cinema at the highest floor (and bowling and karaoke). You can probably find most of the things you need in Bintang Mall, even get a foot massage. If you would like, there are chain restaurants too (eg. Sushi King, Pizza Hut, KFC, Sugarbun) or you could get some bubble tea/boba.

Lots branded shops are available here. Juz name it. Nice place for shopping

I went to parkson grand this week i came across a shirt. Brand MarQ..the price was a bit cheap than usual. It was dark coloured shirt. I almost fell into buying the shirt. But have some doubtful thought why its cheap. Then, i look closer at the material. To my surprise, the shirt was already in its expiry age. Parkson should not put it to be sold. Thats cheating....please educate your staff

I loved that place. When you are there you get confused what to buy. Goods are in excellent quality. Worth for the price.

the sui suie store seller was having bad attitude toward it's customer and force it's customer to buy some they don't like but he introduced and if we don't buy he will shout at us .

If you ever need to go to Daiso, Parkson is the place to go. Kids will love Toys R Us. Has a good food court in the basement.

Lot of variety of shop, good & helpful but sometimes need to long Q to go to parking & yah still the first choice to go to watch movie.

Nice place to shopping and relax. Very clean, safe alot of shop and restaurants.

Poor maintenance e.g. wobbly cracked tile, dim dirty toilet. The ugly apparel and some condescending store assistants will put you off.

The basement carpark, never go there since it's always full and dark for many years, plus it's often wet. The carpark on the top, it's always long queue, and don even bother to repair the road, drive slowly on that area if you guys are there. Should fully use technology like, the payment machine, you pay before you exit the building, and not lining up for payment. Appreciate the security for clearing the traffic, but not a long term solution.

Among all the Hotel in Miri City only Meritz Hotel is the best, Breakfast, Lunch,Dinner all a excellent very grateful

It has almost all the things you need and want. Entertainments are adequate. And nice to have a walk around.

A number shops were closed (permanently) so far. However, the main tenants like Everrise, Parkson Grand, GSC Cinema and PC Image aee ready to admit customers. As the building is ageing, general maintenance is a must.

Wife favourite place to shop

The parking was horrible experience for manual car, washroom was dirty. Pls upgrade to the standard of city. Mayor and City Council should work more on this cleaness awareness
