HOTEL:On
7th
Dec
(Thursday)
there
were
a
group
of
youngsters
unsure
if
they
were
school
students
checked
in
at
Quest
Hotel
around
8-9
PM
.
Post
their
arrival
there
were
constant
thumping,
loud
noises
and
screams,
doors
opening
and
shutting,
girls
and
guys
running
into
each
others
room
whistling
from
the
balcony.
Problem
started
when
we
got
a
missed
call
on
our
phone
while
me
and
my
wife
were
trying
hard
to
sleep
and
there
were
guys
who
kept
on
knocking
on
our
doors
until
1200AM.
I
reported
it
to
the
staff.
However,
the
staff
did
not
provide
us
with
any
solution
instead
I
was
told
to
adjust
giving
me
the
reason
that
they
are
here
only
for
a
day
and
said
they
can
try
to
calm
them
down.
But
nothing
on
Earth
could
stop
them.
On
08th
of
Dec
(Friday)
while
I
am
still
in
the
room
there
are
constant
screams,
loud
noises
in
the
corridor,
balcony,
lobby
and
above
all
the
guys
are
still
knocking
on
our
door.
Unsure,
why
are
these
youngsters
behaving
so
inappropriately
with
us.
We
wanted
to
enjoy
our
3
days
holiday.
Unfortunately,
from
the
past
2
days
we
are
unable
to
sleep
because
every
time
there
is
a
knock
I
get
startled.
It
is
11.30pm,
I’ve
an
early
morning
flight
and
I
am
still
awake
posting
the
nuisance
going
on
in
here.
I
tried
to
seek
help
from
the
hotel’s
management
by
going
downstairs
but
to
my
dismay
there
is
no
night
manager.
The
phone,
AC,
wifi
is
too
not
working.
The
receptionist
“Raunda”
connected
me
to
his
manager
Mr,
Kadek
Sudiasa
who
was
a
brainless
creature
telling
me
it
is
too
late
for
the
manager
to
be
available.
On
top
of
that
he
is
least
bothered
and
trying
to
stall
the
matter
by
saying
that
he
cannot
hear
any
noise
on
the
phone.
In
short,
he
was
saying
the
I
am
lying
and
everything
is
good
in
the
hotel.
I
was
expecting
people
here
to
be
hospitable,
sympathetic.
This
is
my
first
and
the
last
time
in
Quest
Hotel
San
Denpasar.
I
would
recommend
this
hotel
to
family,
friends
and
everyone
to
book
this
hotel
only
if
they
want
their
holidays
to
be
RUINED.
Thanks
for
charging
us
for
3
days
and
NOT
providing
us
with
air
con,
wifi,
peaceful
environment,
good
customer
service
and
working
landline
in
the
room.

Reading

seems
my
feedback
is
truely
“INVALUABLE”
to
you.
If
you
wanted
to
take
action
you
could
have
taken
on
the
day
I
raised
the
issue.
Not
now
when
we
are
back
home
and
safe.
I
am
not
a
manager
but
can
still
provide
you
with
multiple
options:
1.
Check
the
corridor
cameras
2.
Educate
the
guys/girls
that
if
they
knock
the
guest’s
door
one
more
time
they
will
be
chucked
out.
3.
Call
police
and
take
action
against
them
4.
Check
their
identity/background
before
checking
them
in.
5.
Contact
their
guardian
or
school
authority,
as
it
seems
they
came
in
a
school
bus.
Unsure,
which
school/parents/teachers
educate
their
kids
to
behave
so
inappropriately.
6.
Provide
security
guard
outside
our
room,
as
i
seriously
believe
our
safety
was
compromised.
7.
On
the
second
day
of
our
stay
when
we
have
already
raised
our
concerns
still
why
a
night
manager
was
not
on
duty
the
next
day?
Anyways,
I’ve
spoken
to
the
foolish
management
and
managers.
Had
they
been
actually
present
,
it
would
not
have
had
made
any
difference.
I’ve
seen
previous
reviews
people
did
raise
concerns
about
wifi,
air
con
and
the
noise
and
so
did
I.
So
far
no
improvement.
So
pls
stop
fooling
people.
Out
of
the
few
listed
strategies
no
strategies
were
applied
to
make
our
stay
comfortable.
Well!
I
ensure
I
will
never
give
you
the
opportunity
to
welcome
us
back.
The
problem
is
not
with
the
staff.
It
is
the
management
and
the
managers
who
doesn’t
know
how
to
operate
the
hotel,
address
the
concerns
and
take
appropriate
actions
when
required.
