    The bedroom is cozy and spacious. It should be a five-star rating for budget hotel but for the breakfast. The menu is limited and the dishes are cold. Even the supposedly hot tea is cold.

    In the middle of the night, a terrible smell of cigarette woke us up (we do not smoke). The air is probably recycled. So strong we couldn't even sleep anymore. We only had a few days in Bali, and booked in a 3 stars hotel to be sure we would not lose any time. Well now we can waste a day searching for another hotel, and wash ALL OUR CLOTHES because of the terrible smell. But. After a very short talk, they upgraded us quickly ton another room. Also, the breakfast is very good, for such a price. One more thing is the pool. The windows let the noise go through, and sometimes you can be woke up early if families decide to go to the pool in the morning. Very clean.

    I did not expected a hotel room with only a bar of wifi. Besides a shower, entertainment system, and spacious storage, internet is essential. Never in my mind that I have to go to the lobby just to have a good signal. Already ask the hotelier about this problem, and they only collect our IP address without any improvements. It is still slow. Kindly fix this to afford your customer's essential needs. The room has only one garbage bin in it. And only in the bathroom. The standard here, in my opinion, is to have two garbage bins: one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. The air conditioner too is not cool enough, it is too outdated. It is better be replaced with the newer ones. All in all, this is a constructive review. Thank you for your hospitality. But to be clear, the customer needs solution.

    My stay at Quest San Hotel Denpasar by Aston in Bali was nothing short of exceptional. The entire staff deserves recognition for their remarkable politeness and kindness. From the moment I arrived, their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel truly welcomed. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, providing a luxurious and comfortable retreat. The pool area was a highlight, offering a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, with a wide variety of delicious options. I must give special praise to Mr. Ashoka at the reception, whose exceptional service and flexibility exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and unforgettable experience. It was, without a doubt, one of the best stay I have ever had.

    Best service and menu selection. Your new Chef #1. Best Burbur Ayam in town. We are regulars to the cafe for breakfast as we live in Denpasar and always looking for healthy good value meal. We will be back😍

    A bit of old room, but quite clean & convenient. We got a room with balcony, so we can smoke outside. No such thing as chair and table at the balcony though. Wifi works perfectly. We came at 12pm, fortunately they already have available room that being cleaned up so we're able to check in at 1pm.

    Stayed only 1 night because I got room with many ants at the table, at the cupboard, and there is a fly inside the fridge Wifi is limited for 2 devices, so slow, not recommended for work Room needs many repairing, dirty sheet, dirty pillowcase, unbalance toilet seat One more thing, I came in Friday afternoon, and that night there is a wedding, the music so loud, I can't rest at all. I need a QUIET hotel TO REST, not to listen some random bad voice or bad song!!! Please control the loud voice so its not disturbing someone else who wants to sleep/rest!!

    excellent! the staffs are amazingly nice and polite. they greet you everytime. my room is clean. all the props are working well (lamps, shower, hairdryer, fridge, etc). i went check in around 12.30 and immediately got my room.

    FEEDBACK TO HOTEL:On 7th Dec (Thursday) there were a group of youngsters unsure if they were school students checked in at Quest Hotel around 8-9 PM . Post their arrival there were constant thumping, loud noises and screams, doors opening and shutting, girls and guys running into each others room whistling from the balcony. Problem started when we got a missed call on our phone while me and my wife were trying hard to sleep and there were guys who kept on knocking on our doors until 1200AM. I reported it to the staff. However, the staff did not provide us with any solution instead I was told to adjust giving me the reason that they are here only for a day and said they can try to calm them down. But nothing on Earth could stop them. On 08th of Dec (Friday) while I am still in the room there are constant screams, loud noises in the corridor, balcony, lobby and above all the guys are still knocking on our door. Unsure, why are these youngsters behaving so inappropriately with us. We wanted to enjoy our 3 days holiday. Unfortunately, from the past 2 days we are unable to sleep because every time there is a knock I get startled. It is 11.30pm, I’ve an early morning flight and I am still awake posting the nuisance going on in here. I tried to seek help from the hotel’s management by going downstairs but to my dismay there is no night manager. The phone, AC, wifi is too not working. The receptionist “Raunda” connected me to his manager Mr, Kadek Sudiasa who was a brainless creature telling me it is too late for the manager to be available. On top of that he is least bothered and trying to stall the matter by saying that he cannot hear any noise on the phone. In short, he was saying the I am lying and everything is good in the hotel. I was expecting people here to be hospitable, sympathetic. This is my first and the last time in Quest Hotel San Denpasar. I would recommend this hotel to family, friends and everyone to book this hotel only if they want their holidays to be RUINED. Thanks for charging us for 3 days and NOT providing us with air con, wifi, peaceful environment, good customer service and working landline in the room. REPLYING TO HOTEL’S RESPONSE: Reading your message it seems my feedback is truely “INVALUABLE” to you. If you wanted to take action you could have taken on the day I raised the issue. Not now when we are back home and safe. I am not a manager but can still provide you with multiple options: 1. Check the corridor cameras 2. Educate the guys/girls that if they knock the guest’s door one more time they will be chucked out. 3. Call police and take action against them 4. Check their identity/background before checking them in. 5. Contact their guardian or school authority, as it seems they came in a school bus. Unsure, which school/parents/teachers educate their kids to behave so inappropriately. 6. Provide security guard outside our room, as i seriously believe our safety was compromised. 7. On the second day of our stay when we have already raised our concerns still why a night manager was not on duty the next day? Anyways, I’ve spoken to the foolish management and managers. Had they been actually present , it would not have had made any difference. I’ve seen previous reviews people did raise concerns about wifi, air con and the noise and so did I. So far no improvement. So pls stop fooling people. Out of the few listed strategies no strategies were applied to make our stay comfortable. Well! I ensure I will never give you the opportunity to welcome us back. The problem is not with the staff. It is the management and the managers who doesn’t know how to operate the hotel, address the concerns and take appropriate actions when required. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED:(:(:(

    Best new menu. Chef Desa gives #1 service. Checking personally with customers tables to ensue they are happy with her amazing new menu. We eat at least 3 times a week in the restaurant for breakfast. Always healthy food and reasonable price for dine only. Chef Desa's new menu a lot nicer than before. We will continue to come back. Bubur Ayam best in Denpasar🥰

    2 problems when I stayed here. First was the wifi, it’s sucks! I had no indonesia number so I really depended on wifi. Yet this hotel had the worst wifi. If you’re a tourist who depends on wifi, you might want to consider to stay in this hotel Second, was the air conditioner. Got the first room and after couple days it was leaking. They upgraded my room (which I truly appreciated) but the air con is not cold at all. I tried to complain, they sent a repair guy and still it didn’t work

    I went there in Lebaran Holiday, which is high season for hotel in Bali. I can say i love the cleanliness, breakfast was okay, the staff service is good. There's something need to be improved: parking lot, its always full... And when i was there the manual locking door is not there.

    I stayed in this hotel for 9 days and I definitely recommend it to you. This hotel is very clean and has very kind and professional staff. The staff try to make you feel comfortable.. I think it's a good price and the cleaning staff does a good job.

    I'm surprised that with such a great deal it came with a high quality service and room. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete amenities as well. Although one issue is that the hair dryer didn'g work. Definitely will come back when looking for hotel to book in Bali again

    Nice room, all good amenities, easy to find, large parking area but the receptionists just didn't give a good welcome when I arrived in here, no smile, flat face, when I asked them about for how long I should wait to use my room, they didn't give any satisfaction answer for me. It wae 2:30 PM and my room didn't ready.

    We visited Quest hotel for Kumar talk show. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The showroom has issues with aircon leaking water , dripping down to audience seats .

    For 3 star hotel with that price range it's underwhelming, I don't really care about the pool etc. only the bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom is clean and alright but the pillow smells really bad like it hasn't been cleaned after someone else used it. Some stains on the bedsheet.

    a 3 star hotel that is strategically located because it is in the middle of the city and next to the road. This hotel offers complete facilities such as swimming pool, balcony, TV, wifi, restaurant and others. The room is comfortable, clean, fragrant and the bathroom is also quite spacious and clean. The employees are friendly and the service provided is good. As for the food, it tastes good and the drinks are fresh, the kitchen and waitress are also friendly and serve wholeheartedly. I was helped when I dropped the tablespoon. Second time stay here and nothing bothers me. Overall stay here gave me a good impression. Thank You 🙌

    Strategically located hotel, close to beaches and shopping centers. Equipped with a large parking area. The hotel rooms are quiet, perfect for resting after a long trip. Although classified as a 3-star hotel, the facilities are complete and the service is friendly.

    Very Good hotel in given price. Hotel staffs are polite and Good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Smooth checkin and check out. Little more focus is required in Breakfast. More continental food options should be there. Breakfast Area was not very clean. Dustbin was kept near Sitting tables hence Flies was there on food, which makes it unhygienic. One star removed for this reason only other wise Hotel property and Service is excellent.

    Had a meeting in Arjuna Ballroom on the 3rd floor, Friday 15 July 2022, and it was wonderful. Everyone in this hotel is affectionate and we’re very impressive with that. The hotel looks sumptuous

    Good location if u come to denpasar for work. Hotel is a bit old, AC was dripping in my room, towel smells like disinfectant, wifi was BAD - extremely BAD if u come here as a business visitor coz that means we gotta be connected for work.

    Ok for a very short stay but it’s far to noisey. Mosque close by also military establishment 5am prayers call followed by awful noise from military. End result very little sleep made worse by three buses of teenagers arriving late at night and making so much noise staff considerate but powerless to stop them making so much noise. Not a place to stay if you like to rest and not get up at the crack of dawn Room ok a few issues with water leak but it was fixed promptly

    Security/kang parkir tell me to park my motor bike outside he said because inside park is full, but suddenly a women came by biger motor bike but kang parkir let the women park in side, i dont know why the gender is difference in this place, both me and the women are same guess in this place. When i parked out side kang parkir didnt help me to make some space between 2 motors, i made it by my self, So is this hotel so proud to hire kang parkir like this? OMG

    Checked in yesterday, was very quick and easy. The car they booked to meet us at the airport was on time, very clean and polite. The room was large and impressive, all staff took their time to greet us if they saw us walking around. EDY was very helpful, we forget to collect our stroller at the airport and he did everything with in his power to help us locate the stroller. He made many phone calls on my behalf and kept me informed. It's only day 2 of our 7 day holiday and already, we want to come back and stay.

    Value for money. The rates are very reasonable for a hotel of this quality. Very clean rooms. Staff is supportive and quick room service. Breakfast is good, the restaurant menu is limited. The hotel is only 20min away from airport. Agoda has great deals on booking.

    The Food was really good a 10/10 but when I went there I feel like they didn't change the bed sheets. It was dirty and it felt sticky.. but other than that it was good.

    I just spent my holiday in Bali and stay one night at here. Following the plan we left at 4am, and the staff was supported us with English breakfast at 4am, also supported alot when we were here, we feel so satisfied and would like to say thank you to all the staff here <3

    I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptional friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was comfortable, the hotel's location in the city far from the beach, but 15 minutes by motorbike. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which offered a variety of delicious choices. I would highly recommend Quest San Hotel for both business and leisure travelers. My stay was enjoyable and I look forward to returning in the future. Thanks buddy
