It's a nice hotel with decent rooms and pool. Hotel is quite old. Restaurant food is good and staff is friendly and helpful. It's a good place to stay if you have an average budget. If you are lucky for luxury then it's not the place to be.

The hotel pool is very big and good, breakfast was good basically the lobby is good and staff were friendly. The rooms are ok, A/C is working and quite cold, beds are fine. The toilet is fine, shower and hot water is woking but they only gave shampoo and no body soap also they didn’t gave us any hand soap. Overall this hotel is worth of its price so just stay in here if you’re near here since price is good and hotel is decent. Also the parking lot is quite spacious

Loved this resort! Had a gorgeous poolside room. The atmosphere was so relaxing, always had nice music playing, amazing affordable food, excellent happy hour specials. Special shout out to Eka our room boy - his attention to detail meant we always came back ro perfectly clean and made up rooms, and any additional room related requests were always welcomed with enthusiasm and efficiency. Also a massive thank you to Tika in the dining room, she has such a beautiful, genuine and thoughtful manner. Her friendly smile greeted us every morning, she was always approachable and helped us when needed, and often even pre-empted our needs before we had even thought to ask for things. The staff members at this resort definitely made our stay stress free and it felt like a home away from home.

Great 4 star hotel in Seminyak. We had a great week here. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are not too soft or too hard and came with a selection of pillows. The bathroom is nice enough, though it is more of a wet room as the shower had no door. The water pressure was good, but the temperature was a bit fussy to find with the mixer, either too hot or too cold. Swimming pool was great, is big and has a bar in the middle with free towels on arrival at the pool. Lots of seating options. Had a kids shallow pool too. Location is in the middle of nowhere, Grab drivers (multiple) got lost trying to get there! They have a 'no grab' rule, and the grab deliveries and pickups get harassed at the gate, but still get through and can deliver or pick you up from the hotel. Breakfast was great - not many western options, but a good selection of Asian food and an egg station. If you want some time away to spend in the hotel, this is a good option. It is a bit far out if you want to walk anywhere.

Great resort 👌! Staff are super friendly and helpful 👍! Furthermore, all staff were able to understand and speak English. The food was okay could make the portions a bit bigger. The cleaning room service was excellent Tama cleaned our room every day and was super friendly and flexible. I would highly recommend this resort especially if going with children because the pool is huge, child friendly and super clean as they clean it every morning.

Room is moderate okay, comfortable bed and spacious balcony. Just the bathroom is small. However, please take note if you plan to take Grab from the hotel to other places, you are not allowed to do so. You will be forced to take the so called local taxi with much higher price. If you want to take Grab, need to walk to Sunset Road. There is their local taxi post with drivers squatting just outside the hotel so even if you walk out of the hotel and try to get Grab also not able to.

Very hotel with all the amenities and at a very good location. We stayed for 2 nights. Food quality was good,breakfast spread was awesome. Most rooms have swimming Pool view. We liked playing at the snooker table. Room was spacious,beds were comfortable. Bathroom- spacious. The only thing that was not so cool, was smell from the bathroom. Overall,our stay was pleasant.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The highlight, however, was the restaurant. The food was not only amazing but the service, particularly from EVA, elevated our dining experience. EVA took the time to explain the nuances of Indonesian cuisine and even customized our meals based on our preferences. We were thoroughly pleased with the outstanding service and culinary delights. Highly recommended!

Been here a lot of time with my family. Best value for money. Everything works in the room. Every single stay. Comfortable bed ✅ Cold AC ✅ Hot shower ✅ Toiletries ✅ Hairdryer ✅ The breakfast is our favorite part of the stay. So many choices and friendly service from the staff even though they are busy. Thank you to Triya for spending her time to chat with us and play with our child. The latte we ordered was excellent.

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our time here over Christmas! The hotel has all the amenities you need and the service from the staff was exceptional. My partners birthday was also during our stay and for a small fee the room was decorated beautifully with balloons and rose petals spelling out happy birthday. The staff did everything they could to make our stay special and even upgraded our room for free. The Christmas Eve BBQ was delicious and the food was cooked fresh to order. This was our first time in Bali and it’s definitely set the bar high for our next trip! 😊

We stayed at the Hotel for 4 nights and 5 days and man our stay has been truly amazing!! All the Hotel staff individually have been instrumental in making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the breakfast spread too which was comprehensive and delicious!!! 24 hours Bar was also a good addition. I absolutely loved my friendly interaction with Ratika. Unfortunately I dont remember the names of other staff members too who were also so much welcoming. It was difficult to check out after such an amazing stay here. Would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and family who are visiting Bali!!

This is a family friendly resort hotel with very friendly staff and good service. The food is varied and delicious. The only regret is that it's far from the coast. I think you can enjoy Bali’s atmosphere.

Beautiful accommodation overlooking their pool and restaurant. Lovely staff. Delicious food and drink. Location is very central and they offer taxi services (drivers are very friendly). Chika was very kind and was looking for ways to continuously improve the hotel experience. Highly recommend this place.

This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely be returning. The service is excellent, quality of everything superb, and the rooms are so very comfortable. The beds are divine and we always sleep well. The pool is also fantastic, we can laze for hours on the sun beds. A mention also for the wonderful breakfasts, three weeks and never boring. Special thanks to Chika for her wonderful attention, and to the lovely ladies at the spa for their excellent service and massages unsurpassed- to Ratna and Rani. See you next year!

In the hub-city Seminyak, this property gives you a wonderful experience. A pool, pool table, gym, spa area and a lot more is included. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The guests here love to smile right back at you. Some stays are totally worth it and Ramada ensures that you get such a stay.

Great hotel with lovely very attentive staff especially Virgo at breakfast! The pool is large with plenty of sun lounges, the buffet breakfast was huge with lots of options including eggs cooked on demand. The location is ideal, a little bit away from the main town but very quiet and private! Highly recommended for a relaxing peaceful stay in Seminyak!

Nice experience with well behaved staffs. All the staffs are very well mannered especially their restaurant staffs. have a nice pool . Food items are cheap as compared to outside restaurant. Scooter rental services are available in their parking space. Online taxi like grab can't come near hotel because of local taxi drivers. You have to walk around 500 meters to take the online taxi.

This hotel does not feel clean, the food was average or not very good, although prices the same as in very good hotels. When we ordered food, no one picked up plates, they were just being left outside the door for hours. Kids corner has TV and few baby/toddler toys which some of them are broken. Only good thing I find was a big pool and nice employees. I would definately not return.

The hotel itself was not bad. But the rooms were erratic. They were not in order. The room was ok but the bathroom had only a half shower curtain and water was running on to the floor. I had to order an extra bathmat during my stay. The buffet breakfast was nothing much, but the noodle station was excellent and the restaurant staff were very courteous. I liked the dining area very much because it was adjacent to the swimming pool. Overall I was happy with the hotel and the room rates are quite reasonable.

I have stayed twice at the Ramada Encore and would stay again. Both times I have had a pool access room which was very clean and spacious. Eka done a great job making the room up daily. There is certainly more then enough good food to choose from at the Buffet breakfast. All staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. Thanks again for wonderful stay.

There is so much to like about this hotel: the spacious and very clean rooms, the decent menu at the restaurant and the huge pool. But what is most impressive is the staff. From the gentleman who picked me up at the airport, to the reception staff and the restaurant staff -- everyone was completely courteous and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

We felt welcomed by the hospitality of the staff. They're friendly and attentive. Staff member Oki is kind & extremely helpful. The hotel, the room, the pool and the food is clean. Huge variety at the hotel restaurant. The place is quiet and feels lively. We have decided to re-book same hotel for the next 3 days after staying here for 1 day.

I am giving 4 stars despite all the warmth and their best effort to welcome us. The main complaint is only one, the wifi connection is not reliable, For some reason the internet connection is on and off all the time we stayed there and they seem can not fix the problem. The pool is nice and huge. The breakfast spread is nice and delicious and one of the reason we always get up early. 😁. It is well recommended to stay there.

Encore’s staff are very welcoming, the accommodation itself is good and presented well. However, the facilities is not walking distance to Seminyak proper. To alleviate this issue, having a Grab App would be handy. The hotel does have free shuttle to Seminyak and Kuta on scheduled timings. Overall, if you like relaxing and enjoying the pool and out of the busy streets this hotel is for you. Breakfast is amazing, you have a cooking station for eggs your way, the same with pasta and teppanyaki. Awesome stay 4/5.

Loved the pool area, breakfast and facilities in general. Service was great all round, but especially cleaner Made Dipa. He was always happy to help. Location is a little isolated from what we were used to, but it was lovely and quiet, with lots of stuff a short walk away, or a quick taxi trip away. We’ll be back and hope to see the same staff there.

I enjoy spending time here in Bali and at this hotel. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the town centre for a night out. Value is good for the rooms, if you pay a little extra. The pool and amenities are well looked after. Although I have fun collecting the loose tiles of the bottom of the pool and placing them on the edge. The breakfast is more than you could eat and ask for with a good rotation of options. Well worth purchasing breakfast with the room if you intend on staying. Fresh cook to order foods (egg and pasta stations) through to hot meals, fruits, cereals, cakes and much more. The cleaning of the room has been exceptional during my stay, thank you Mr Adi Widyatama for your attention to cleanliness and making the stay enjoyable.

Our family had an amazing stay at Ramada. The main reason was for the staff. So many lovely staff but the big stand out for us was Virgo. She was so caring and did so much to make sure we had an amazing stay. I was unwell one day and she made me special tea to make me feel better. She is so good at her job but also a really lovely caring person and genuinely wants to make sure everyone is having an amazing holiday. Every resort needs a Virgo. Thank you for making our stay at Ramada extra special Virgo ❤️❤️

This whole hotel was by far the best place I have ever stayed at in all my travels. The rooms are spectacular and clean the service is wonder and the staff are amazing. The bartender, Wira, is also amazing. He does super cool flare bartending and is a blast to talk to. I’m recommending this place to everyone I know and I will for sure come back if I ever visit Indonesia again.
