Never
again!
She
damaged
my
hair.
Scalp
got
burned.
Pure
negligence.
Very
traumatizing.
From
the
owner
herself!
I
regret
making
my
appointment.
My
hair
is
still
healing!!!!!
It’s
still
damaged
from
her!
Unbelievable.
They
are
argumentative,
disrespectful,
no
class.
She
was
willing
to
leave
purple
toner
in
my
hair.
Her
response
was
that’s
what
most
salons
do……to
a
paying
client???
Really??
Even
after
I
shampooed
my
hair
at
home
after
the
appointment
it
still
had
a
purple
tint.
She
splashed
all
over
my
makeup
and
got
shampoo
in
my
eye.
She
was
late
thirty
minutes
to
the
appointment.
If
there
was
an
option
for
no
star
that
be
my
choice.
Worst
experience
I
ever
had
in
a
salon.
I
understand
mistakes
happen,
and
there
was
an
apology
but
this
was
just
blatantly
wrong.
She
didn’t
make
me
pay
but
who
would
at
that
point??
That
isn’t
the
point
after
a
lot
of
tender
care
and
steps
I
take
to
keep
my
hair
healthy
she
wrecked
it
all
that
needs
to
repair
over
time.
This
all
was
so
unnecessary!
I
was
already
a
punching
bag
for
her
bad
night
she
was
experiencing.
I
would
have
rather
her
canceled
my
appointment
rather
than
be
treated
how
I
was.
Then
to
experience
her
frustration
that
had
nothing
to
do
with
me
and
my
hair.
She
severely
triggered
me……I
had
to
take
five
hours
out
of
my
day
off
on
my
weekend
to
undo
what
the
owner
had
done.
I
also
had
to
pay
for
five
hours
worth
of
service
to
correct
it
all
to
Meraki
House
Of
Style.
Very
very
wrong!
If
you
are
thinking
about
coming
here
you
been
warned.
