I was scheduled quickly after I called for an evaluation of my lost filling. Instead of needing another appointment for the work, I only had to wait a few minutes before Dr. Mangino returned to replace my lost tooth filling. Very quick, courteous, and competent service!

I was nervous about my first appointment, but they made me feel at home. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Emily worked on my teeth and she told me everything she was getting ready to do, so there were no surprises. Dr. Mangino saw some things on my xrays and instead of wanting to fix it all at once, he told me what he recommends doing first and then we would just keep an eye on the others - which I appreciate so much! I cannot recommend this office more.

This is hands down the best dentist I have been to in my 40yrs. I actually didn’t go to the dentist for at least 10 years because of bad experiences. But these are wonderful people. From Dr. Mangino to the scheduling staff they are caring and delightful people. I’ve never been in there and had anyone greet me with anything but a smile. Which for someone who is a nervous wreck makes a world of difference. My two kids have begun to see Dr. Mangino and they are both in love with him and his staff. All of this plus their work is like none other. Dr. Mangino does only what he needs to to make you have a healthy bright smile. And his Dental Hygienist are fantastic they are not satisfied with subpar work. You will leave there with the cleanest smile you’ve ever had guaranteed!!

Mangino Dental is the best! The entire staff is amazing, and Dr. Mangino himself is just wonderful. My entire family uses this office now. I came in with a lot dental issues and I didn’t even realize how severe they were. Dr. Mangino and staff came up with a great plan to fix my issues affordably and on a schedule that works for me. They also put me at complete ease every time I’m there. To feel comfortable and at peace in a dentists office really says something. They do exceptional work, I am finally proud of my teeth again.

Great place, very first visit they fixed my bite on an old filling that previous dentist didn't handle right and sensitivity I've had with that tooth for a long time went away after a few weeks. Super friendly staff and Dr Mangino is very cool and down to earth. Highly recommended!

Mangino Dental has been truly wonderful. As someone who hates going to the dentist, I can say that they’ve made my visits as pleasant as possible. The staff is extremely friendly and kind, and that makes a big difference in making me feel relaxed when I’m there. Additionally, my temporary crown had an issue, and Dr. Mangino came in on his day off to fix it. I’m happy to have found this place.

Everyone on staff is just wonderful. They made me feel welcome as a brand new patient. Everyone at the front desk and my x-ray tech and my billing/financial appointment was professional , easy going and just so nice. Very happy to have found this team!

My first time at Mangino Dental of Paducah was a great visit. I was there for a root canal. Dr. Mangino and one of the dental Assistants, Allison were so helpful and professional. That is a couple of the employees there that I will remember. I am super satisfied with them, and I will go back.
