EXACTLY what I have come to expect from a Marriott hotel! Was the perfect stop after a long day on the road. Nicely renovated and up to date across the board. Have had some so-so experiences at Courtyards on travel but this one knocked it out of the park!

The hotel is in decent shape but could use a few upgrades for being the highest priced Marriott in the area. My room was nice and clean but be careful in the parking lot as there are many potholes to avoid since it needs to be repaved.

Wonderful view from my window of the park. Spacious and wonderful room. My only take a way is no complimentary breakfast. This should have been noted on the website. All it says is, Breakfast provided. The bistro is too expensive. No way I'm spending $14 on a Hamburger and $9.50 on a side of fries, not when there is a Burger King and McDonald's right down the street. You had alot of upset guests when they went down stairs to eat breakfast and there was not one. A whole ball team and chaperones had to load up everyone and check out earlier to get these kids some breakfast before their game which was an extra expense for them. Not good at all. Just note that Courtyard is the only Marriot chain that does not have complimentary breakfast. Just so you know for the future If you put a breakfast in, more people will come.

We were blown away by this hotel experience. The hotel was tucked away from the busy streets. The staff was friendly and thorough with maintaining safety in the pool/hot tub area. Our time here was relaxing and the room design looked amazing. The room was extremely clean and the balcony was an added bonus to enjoy the fresh air. The breakfast was good and the overall hospitality was very nice. We would definitely stay again!

I don't know who is at fault when I booked on the phone 2 Quinn beds room and came to the property it was not available to me at 11.30 pm, and nothing was done to accommodate my family ....after a long day of traveling... Update u can't blame me for coming to your hotel late*11.30pm cos I did book this at 10.45pm

Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff were very kind and helpful.

There were a couple minor things not worth mentioning so I gave this hotel 5 stars. The staff members were friendly. I was told this property was renovated and very nicely if I may add. There is a pond with a fountain in it, benches and a spacious outside area if you are traveling with kids. It was the only hotel in town that I was able to use my discount at and being an housekeeping manager from a totally different state, I must say I enjoyed my stay!

Rooms are nice. Housekeeping does not come even when requested. This is the second time same situation has happened. For longer stays will be looking elsewhere for better options

Got here at 8pm for a night stay. Checked in by James who was absolutely wonderful and found out we grew up in the same city! The rooms were super nice and lots of options for food. Thank you for an easy and great night. -The Dahls!

Great hotel for the price. This is one that actually lives up to the Marriott brand. The room was very clean and everything in the room worked properly with the minor exception of the mechanical stopper in the sink. The shower experience was outstanding. Excellent water pressure, hot water for days. The staff was nice and helpful. Will definitely come back.

There are numerous hotels in our town, but there is only one hotel in which I would trust with our business’s business. Lindsey always ensures our clients are taken care of even at a last minute call. If there are specific requests for their stay, she ensures it happens. If you are a business who has traveling clients, Lindsey will take care of you.

I liked this Courtyard. Clean rooms. I did feel that they price gouged me though. Apparently their reason was because they had a quilting convention in town. I didn't make a reservation because we were hoping to make it home but decided to stop for the night at about 9:30 p.m. $351.00 per room!! Ridiculous! I know that I could have kept driving but I gave in because we were exhausted. I'm going to shop around for other brands because my loyalty to Marriott has not been serving me well.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are decent. The location is great. I'm in Paducah quite a bit for work and I have stayed at several of the hotels around this area. I have to say when it comes to service this is the worst one. My stay was for 9 nights I was told housekeeping would be every 3 days, that was a lie. Even when I requested housekeeping with towels and wash cloths, I get back from work and see laying in front of my door towels and wash cloths. Housekeeping did not even go in my room or retrieve the other towels and they just laid the clean ones on the floor in front of my door. It seems like it was someone's ridiculous attempt of being funny due to me requesting housekeeping and towel service. There are many better options in the area for hotels. Pick one of them definitely not this one. It looks nice but that's about it.

Most of the parking was at the back of the hotel, yet there were no doors in the back. Also, I have bad allergies to scents, and they pumped a scent throughout the vents. If someone has asthma, I do not recommend this hotel. And if I'm being honest, I would have gotten a different credit card for hotel redemption if I knew the Courtyards stopped doing continental breakfast.

This was a spacious, clean room. The hotel staff were some of the friendliest that we've ever come across. The bed was very comfortable, and the walk-in shower was a bonus for us. We'll definitely remember this place for our next trip.

This place is all around top notch! You will love the personal touch of handwritten notes from Housekeeping. There is a wonderful aroma that fills the hallways. Checking In through the App and at the desk is always a breeze. Bistro food is consistently good; however, don’t allow the associates to tell you the burgers aren’t good. I passed on it the previous time but decided to try it anyway on this most recent stay as I though this same reason a year later was rather weird…there was nothing at all wrong with the burger. ;) A Starbucks drink to start your day is a bonus! We won’t stay anywhere else.

We are BonVoy members and we’re quite disappointed in our stay last night. We had reservations but arrived late, after 11pm. We had a long day traveling and we’re ready for a good nights sleep. .alas! That was not to be! We were given room 104 on the main floor. The room is not up to the standards of Marriott. There were a couple little bugs on the bathroom floor! Ugh! Because of the location of this room we heard cars reviving their engines. I must tell you the best part of this hotel are the front desk staff. Rachel, the night desk person, was exceptional in her warmth and kindness. She should be commended. This morning, as we left early (we were hoping to stay until later in the morning but because of the noises and lack of sleep, we chose to leave) Jackson, the front desk person, was responsive. All in all, if you stay at this hotel, choose an upper room.

This is our go-to for our half-way stop travels to Kansas. Clean, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. Our little home-away-from-home. See you next time.

Friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Rate was fair. It was hard to find getting off the interstate even with the GPS.

At the check in the staff was awesome in both greeting and giving local information. Felt very much welcomed and not rushed. The lobby is very nice and the bar and bartender was good conversation and informative on local restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and all the community areas of the hotel were well maintained. There are still several power companies here helping the area recover from the tornadoes in December of 21. Overall great place to stay that is in a convenient location.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was good for what it was and this was a great place for us to stay the night on our way down to Nashville.

Small bathroom, sink outside bathroom, not exactly in the bed area, but mirror placement makes it, in the bed area (mirror above sink reflects in the mirror on the wall near the bed. Because the sink is not behind a door, one person can't sleep in while the other gets ready. Otherwise, the room appeared clean, heating/air unit didn't make loud noises turning off and on.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!! The room was very nice and the manager on duty was awesome. It's nice to see the TV on and it says Welcome Kathleen, as you enter the room. It definately spoiled our stay at another hotel a few days later. I will forever judge other hotels by the Courtyard standard!!
