We
are
BonVoy
members
and
we’re
quite
disappointed
in
our
stay
last
night.
We
had
reservations
but
arrived
late,
after
11pm.
We
had
a
long
day
traveling
and
we’re
ready
for
a
good
nights
sleep.
.alas!
That
was
not
to
be!
We
were
given
room
104
on
the
main
floor.
The
room
is
not
up
to
the
standards
of
Marriott.
There
were
a
couple
little
bugs
on
the
bathroom
floor!
Ugh!
Because
of
the
location
of
this
room
we
heard
cars
reviving
their
engines.
I
must
tell
you
the
best
part
of
this
hotel
are
the
front
desk
staff.
Rachel,
the
night
desk
person,
was
exceptional
in
her
warmth
and
kindness.
She
should
be
commended.
This
morning,
as
we
left
early
(we
were
hoping
to
stay
until
later
in
the
morning
but
because
of
the
noises
and
lack
of
sleep,
we
chose
to
leave)
Jackson,
the
front
desk
person,
was
responsive.
All
in
all,
if
you
stay
at
this
hotel,
choose
an
upper
room.
