😠 Beware Dr Williams in cardiology, having a pacemaker defibrillator implant is a "procedure" not surgery and gets absolutely no pain medication afterwards all night, nor does the patient get prescribed diabetic medication unless they really fight for it. People often mention room, nurse,

Nurses were so rude. Could never recommend this hospital to anyone. Due to COVID restrictions we weren’t allowed into the hospital so we were out front talking about my aunts condition while she was dying inside. Nurse came out being rude and saying awful things, then went back in and got the cop that was inside. The nurse proceeded to run into my sister on her way out the second time. Imshould sue and file assault charges. The cop was amazing, understanding, and so compassionate on the other hand.

Worst experience ever! The nurses and doctors didnt check on us for hours. We asked for a blanket twice and they didnt bring one by and or check on us. The doctor/nurse acted aggressive when one finally did come by nearly three hrs later. And only came by to stock the shelves because she was bored. She didnt know anyone was in the room.

Heather, the nurse in the back was rude. I told her there was a lot of blood coming from an area that shouldn't be. Had to say something twice before she got the RN. My opinion she's in the wrong profession!

My husband came in because he had vascular surgery, it was swollen and had ball sizes area. They didn't put a ba d on his wrist so after an hour of waiting we were back at the beginning.

3 stars for the hospital. My room was nasty. 10 stars to the nurse Alex, idk the last name but hes an Asian fellow. I asked him about my room which wasn't even his responsibility. He stepped right up, got it clean and sanitized and ended up as my nurse. Alex is the the MVP!

I was in a motor vehicle accident last week and was treated promptly and thoroughly. I remember my head was spinning but had an overwhelming sense that everyone there was taking great care of me and that I would be ok.

I was brought in by the ambulance because I fell down the stairs and broke my leg and they stuffed me in a room and I haven’t been seen and it’s been 40 minutes of me screaming

I came in around d 7pm to get my daughter checked out. It's 1am at the moment and her issue hasn't been addressed yet and it's getting worse by the minute. I don't think they realize how bad her issue really is. We haven't even seen the nurse yet. She hasn't even checked in on us. I don't get it. This is insane.

During Covid my mother was suspected having a heart attack. We were not allowed to stay with her. She stated multiple times she was having a heart attack and had serious chest pain. They stuck her back in the waiting room for over an hour if not multiple hours. Only took her seriously when she dropped and they had to shock her back to life. So drive the extra 5 minutes to Baptist.

One of the best hospitals I have ever expirenced! Great kind caring nurses and staff. Even the maintenance staff are exceptional here. My husband was admitted here and right away his nurse Prash was making sure he was well taken care of. Even the maintenance man Tom was incredible. He came to our room at 10:30 at night just to adjust the vents in my husband's room because he felt hot. That is outstanding and I believe Tom deserves recognition for going above and beyond his job duties.

I used to work in the hospital so I know it’s busy, especially the ER, how ever any time I have gone to the emergency room and John Pierce is working in the ER I know that he is going to leave me there in pain to suffer, I have a bad Stomach a lot of the time and we end up laying there crying for hours, he will give me meds that we both know won’t work and then I won’t see him for the rest of the time, I usually end up hurting so bad I have to leave AMA and go home and try to get it under control which it never does, pierce is one of the worst emergency medicine doctors I’ve ever met and that hospital should get rid of him, he acts like the meds he’s giving you comes out of his check lol I don’t recommend going here unless you’re ready to lay there and suffer

😠 So far I don't recommend this place. They triage you off the main ER waiting room and had a nurse open the door to the public, as I was getting a EKG. They can't tell me how long until I can be seen, in pain that isn't manageable anymore. 2 hours in the waiting room and nothing. No one has checked m...
