The overcharged me $154. Then when I get my refund it is shorted $19.75. So supposedly a stamp and envelope are $3 now for standard mail and the rest is a service fee. And again they overcharged me on what insurance said I should pay!! In response to Owner: I was charged $175 each for 2 CT Scans. So I paid $350 to you. When the EBO came in from my insurance I should have only paid $98 per CT. So I was overcharged by $154. I tried calling the office on several occasions to speak to someone in billing and could never get a human being. Since I am not available by phone during the day I sent an email to the email address the recording gave. NO ONE ever replied to me. I received a check in the mail with no explanation, no notes, no nothing except for the fact that is was shorted $19.75. Then I tried calling again several times. NO HUMAN. email again and then I get a email telling me I was shorted that amount because of service fees and mailing. So before you go quoting amounts you might should do more research. I paid on the day of service what your company told me I had to pay!! You overcharged me and then kept part of my money!!! You keep that $19.75 my business will be elsewhere from now on.

I had my first mammogram at Lundberg and they made the entire process as easy as possible. Everyone from the gentleman who made my appointment, to the lady who checked me in, to the sweet tech who did the imaging were amazing. I felt very comfortable and was very pleased to get my results right away instead of having to wait. I highly recommend Lundberg Medical!

I had my first visit to Lundberg for a CT scan. Since I was having problems they scheduled me very quickly. The staff were all very friendly and made me feel welcome. I will definitely go back for other imaging needs in the future.

They were really nice from the front desk to the technician doing the test. They made you feel welcome and tried to ease your nervousness. The technician told me everything she was going to do before she done it. Got my results before I left which is a plus. Would recommend them to anyone.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my insurance covering an X-ray. But the out of pocket costs at Lundberg are so reasonable, it is cheaper to pay them than to get an X-ray at the hospital with insurance!! Will definitely use their services again!

Very nice facility. The staff are really friendly. Wait time was like 5 minutes. I will no longer go to the hospital for any type of imaging, this place is top-notch!

I love Lundberg Medical Imaging. They look after my health and do it in a manner that is professional and caring.They have also prevented me from being billed personally because my doctor accidentally scheduled my appointment sooner than medicare would have paid.

Absolutely great experience! This was my first time there. I went to get my yearly mamogram and the staff so friendly and the atmosphere was just wonderful! In the room where I was to get ready for my mammogram they had a nice comfy love seat and a TV to watch while I was waiting for my turn. This place is amazing! Will definately be back! Oh also they gave me a gift for my first time there! The gift was no cheap item either! Thank you for making my first time there a good experience!
