Bikeworld is the best. I have bought about 10 bikes from there (family of 4). Hutch and his crew are top notch. They will really work with you to make sure you leave there satisfied. I have been in the store before when he was fixing up donated bikes and making sure they were perfect so that he could give them to kids in the community - Great guy and community member. The service department is great! It is heavily discounted if you buy your bike there, or free for some things, But quick, reliable and affordable. I will gladly pay more for a bike from Bikeworld (it will be much higher quality with endless discounts on service and the best free advice you can find!) They are a great bike store!

I recently took my bicycle out of storage, and took it into the shop to have it serviced, new chain, tuned up, and evaluated. There is no hype here, just great customer service! Price point was on point for the value received. I recommend this shop for your biking needs!

Renting a bike from Bike World in Paducah, KY was an OUTSTANDING experience. Martha and the whole crew run a super friendly and very efficient business. The communication during the reservation process was excellent, the bike was very well maintained, and it was dialed in with the proper pedals and freshly charged bike lights before I arrived. All this at a very fair price. Also, I rent bikes everywhere I visit, and this was the most hospitable shop I've ever rented from - they were accommodating of special requests, had detailed suggestions for possible routes, and Martha even wrote down restaurant recommendations for afterwards. Truly an excellent customer experience all around!

The owners and staff are very knowledgeable about biking and the products they sell. Their enthusiasm about biking is contagious. They host several bike rides throughout the year and encourage people to join weekly scheduled rides. The products they sell are good quality and they back them up with a great service department. I highly encourage anyone who is into biking, or wants to be, to visit this store. Bring your credit card. You'll probably come out with a new bike!

Hutch and Greg were great! Greg helped quickly change out my bike tires to bigger ones while Hutch showed me the best places to ride in the route I was interested in. Some of the friendliest, most professional people you’d meet anywhere! I’d highly recommend them and I can’t wait to go back. They ensured I had a safe enjoyable ride on the Tunnel Hill Trail and I’d also recommend this for those that can go as well! Thank you!!!

From Martha to Austin, I always get the best customer service! I've gone through Bikeworld to purchase workout equipment and bikes for me and my husband. You can get the products at different stores, but the knowledge and expertise is what sets them apart! I know I can always tell them what I need and get the best recommendations based on that. Went in to get rear tube replaced. Got that done plus he adjusted the rear brakes and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. And at a great price. With putting the bike in and out of the car and driving there and back, it was still faster than I could have done it myself.
