Renting a vehicle is not what most of us do every day. Amanda and her team went out of their way to make my rental go smoothly and with no problems or surprises.

My husband and I have rented from this location and the Park Avenue location a couple times. This past time, I was in an accident and needed a rental car so mine could be repaired. They called me almost immediately after I made my insurance claim, literally as I was on the phone with the insurance agent they called me. They were calling to let me know that they had my car ready, and that they are available if I have any questions or concerns. Upon arrival to the store, I was treated as a priority. All of the staff seemed so nice, and it was as if they actually cared about me and my issues. The lady at the front desk noticed that all she had was smaller vehicles, and went out of her way to call the other store to get me a bigger, more comfortable vehicle. Several hours after I left with the vehicle, I received a courtesy call asking how I was, and they reminded me that they were there if I had any questions at all. I absolutely love this Enterprise, and will definitely be returning here in the future! *UPDATE* So now that we've returned the rental car and got out car back, my review needs to be changed a little (for the better). I cannot express in words how amazing Enterprise has been to us. They were, hands down, the best thing about this whole process. They worked with me, they kept in contact with me, and were so courteous. There were several extra issues found during the repair process that required us to keep the car longer than expected. Unbeknownst to me, my insurance had completely stopped paying for the car last Friday (9/29), as the repair shop did not communicate well with them. Enterprise called me that next Saturday, and instead of being hateful and pushy with me, Amanda (I believe?) was very kind, and very understanding. She told me not to worry, that we would figure it out. They had a right to ask for the car back, but they didn't. That Monday we figured it all out and the insurance did end up paying for it. On Thursday (10/4), our car was ready to be picked up. Today (10/5), after I dropped the rental car off last night, Enterprise gave me a courtesy call. They wanted to know how my experience was with them, and sincerely wanted to know if there was anything they could have done to make my experience better. My honest answer was no because they were phenomenal! Thank you, Enterprise! We will see you soon!

The car my husband picked up in Clarksville, TN had been smoked in. Needed to replace it ASAP as I am very allergic to smoke. Called to get a replacement, said one was available. Waited 40 minutes while they took care of other customers and finished cleaning the van they were offering as a replacement for the Jeep.

They provided a rental car for us to return home after a serious auto accident. We were told that there were no cars available but Enterprise found one. After being hit we were most thankful to have friendly and professional support.

This enterprise treated us like customers the one on loop after spending 1900. Treated us like we had done some kinda crime then after one month prior spent 790.in fees offered no help when we were broke down 400 miles from home

I have had to use Enterprise a lot here as of late. This company is amazing and will go above and beyond to get you what you need and when you need as long as it is within logical reason of course. I want to personally commend both the Branch Manager, Amanda Schraven and the Assistant Branch Manager, Andre Strayhorn for going above and beyond to get me taken care of and on the road to take care of business. I highly recommend this company and if your looking for a rental in the Paducah, KY area reach out to one of the two Employees mentioned above. You wont be sorry!!

A) The woman who seems to manage the front desk, whose name I can't remember right now, is really personable, quick and organized. B) The selection there in southside Paducah is pretty limited, And while I'm not sure if this factor contributed to there not being a vehicle that fit within my State Farm insurance limited rental budget (a beef I have with State Farm but not Enterprise, which thus did not affect the 3 star rating) C) Lastly and critically, my scheduled ride to pick up my rental (part of their service) was 40 minutes late. After 25 minutes I called and a young fellow told me that 3 new customers came in and then told me my phone number (to confirm it). I had called him 2 hours before to confirm the time. He apologized. I would have appreciated a call or text the moment he knew he would be late, considering he did in fact have my number right. That is the reason my rating is not 1 or 2 stars higher.

This was my first experience having to rent a car due to my vehicle getting totaled in a car accident. This place went and beyond my expectations! It was so simple and had me in a nice Chrysler 300 very quickly and I was able to keep it until I received my check from the insurance company. Keaton was the sweet gentleman that made this experience so calm for me during a difficult time. 5 stars definitely!!

Reserved a car almost a month ago. Called 2 times in the last week before picking it up concerning a free upgrade that I got in my email. When I picked it up they didn't have any cars. I had to wait over an hour for a car to come from across town that's 15 minutes away and I didn't get the upgrade that I called 2 times about. I rented for 5 days and they changed me for 4. Still better customer service than the other competition.
