My
husband
and
I
have
rented
from
this
location
and
the
Park
Avenue
location
a
couple
times.
This
past
time,
I
was
in
an
accident
and
needed
a
rental
car
so
mine
could
be
repaired.
They
called
me
almost
immediately
after
I
made
my
insurance
claim,
literally
as
I
was
on
the
phone
with
the
insurance
agent
they
called
me.
They
were
calling
to
let
me
know
that
they
had
my
car
ready,
and
that
they
are
available
if
I
have
any
questions
or
concerns.
Upon
arrival
to
the
store,
I
was
treated
as
a
priority.
All
of
the
staff
seemed
so
nice,
and
it
was
as
if
they
actually
cared
about
me
and
my
issues.
The
lady
at
the
front
desk
noticed
that
all
she
had
was
smaller
vehicles,
and
went
out
of
her
way
to
call
the
other
store
to
get
me
a
bigger,
more
comfortable
vehicle.
Several
hours
after
I
left
with
the
vehicle,
I
received
a
courtesy
call
asking
how
I
was,
and
they
reminded
me
that
they
were
there
if
I
had
any
questions
at
all.
I
absolutely
love
this
Enterprise,
and
will
definitely
be
returning
here
in
the
future!
*UPDATE*
So
now
that
we've
returned
the
rental
car
and
got
out
car
back,
my
review
needs
to
be
changed
a
little
(for
the
better).
I
cannot
express
in
words
how
amazing
Enterprise
has
been
to
us.
They
were,
hands
down,
the
best
thing
about
this
whole
process.
They
worked
with
me,
they
kept
in
contact
with
me,
and
were
so
courteous.
There
were
several
extra
issues
found
during
the
repair
process
that
required
us
to
keep
the
car
longer
than
expected.
Unbeknownst
to
me,
my
insurance
had
completely
stopped
paying
for
the
car
last
Friday
(9/29),
as
the
repair
shop
did
not
communicate
well
with
them.
Enterprise
called
me
that
next
Saturday,
and
instead
of
being
hateful
and
pushy
with
me,
Amanda
(I
believe?)
was
very
kind,
and
very
understanding.
She
told
me
not
to
worry,
that
we
would
figure
it
out.
They
had
a
right
to
ask
for
the
car
back,
but
they
didn't.
That
Monday
we
figured
it
all
out
and
the
insurance
did
end
up
paying
for
it.
On
Thursday
(10/4),
our
car
was
ready
to
be
picked
up.
Today
(10/5),
after
I
dropped
the
rental
car
off
last
night,
Enterprise
gave
me
a
courtesy
call.
They
wanted
to
know
how
my
experience
was
with
them,
and
sincerely
wanted
to
know
if
there
was
anything
they
could
have
done
to
make
my
experience
better.
My
honest
answer
was
no
because
they
were
phenomenal!
