i don’t leave reviews nor am I Karen but this location is so disgusting that I just have to. i love Wendy’s so I’ve tried it multiple times but the first time flies literally flew out of my bag of food then the second time i had hair in it and the potatoes are legit rotten.

Good place for not-frozen burgers and fries. The Vanilla Frosty isn't bad either.

Terrible service...People there are rude, not helpful, and it's apparently obvious they just wanna get paid to do nothing except talk down to customers. I'd be fine if they just closed down that location as it's nothing but horrible service. Oh and don't get me started on the drive thru line. Demolish this place and build something better....I wouldn't hire any of their employees if you were to pay me $1,000,000. I know I'm not the only one. Used the app and they said they didn't have my order and were of no help. But they definitely had no problem taking the money out of my checking account. Went home with no food, out $10, and amazed at how terrible a place can be.

The food is good and well prepared. The employees seem a little dead inside but it's a fast food joint so I don't blame them.

Got the order half wrong and had to refund my friend her half of the money she'd spent because they'd put stuff on our order that we hadn't even ordered, the manager made it right by refunding the money however if the person taking the order had of just been doing her J O B there wouldn't have been no reason for any mix-up's and they want $12.00 to $15.00 dollars an hr for what??? To stand around talking to others and not even pay attention to what they are there to do???!!!! Please Even the manager was questioning who had taken the order & wasn't very happy!! The food was good and all but the person taking the orders needs to find another Job where she can sit n talk on the phone or others all day long and stop wasting ppls time!!!

This place used to be good. Now I spend more money on gas waiting in line then I actually spend on the food I’m getting. Quality used to be good but lately it’s been horrible as well as serve time and some of the new crew are rude. I used to be a regular and this has been every single time I’ve went lately.

Slowest drive thru ever 24 mins from order to getting it fries cold n hard threw away burger looked like was thrown together by a 2 year old

Food was very good but they are short staff. The staff they have are hard working and friendly.

Literally messed up the past 4 times I've been there. This time they didn't salt fries, gave none of the sauces asked for, also gave no spoons or straws. Hope they all drink bleach

Here multiple times at different hours. Consistently waiting for 30 mins for a simple order. First time i thought it was due to short staff or whatever, but after the 4th time after seeing the boh was staffed nah. You get orders wrong and are rude when someone mentions it. Managers need to be checked.

came thru at night they left my burger out. then gave me the wrong burger so i came back thru and told them pablo was rude as hell still didn’t give me my food. took all of it back and gave me my money. fine cool. suppose to open at 630 and here it is 730 and not a damn worker in sight. yall are pathetic.

The best way to order is online and picking up inside. Everyone is so nice and smiles. Love the chicken nuggets.

Had a order for door dash. Sat in the drive thru line for over 30 mins. Finally got to the window just to be told that half of what the customer ordered they was out of. Then I was told to go to a parking spot and sat there for another 20 mins and am still waiting. This place is trash

Ordered twice on the app then was told they were out of what we ordered. Second time the manager told my daughter she'd have to request a refund on the app and slammed the window.

This Wendy's is really going downhill. Half of the time the food is cold. With the prices and wait time I would rather have fresh hot food. The employees are always nice though. I just want the correct order and for my food to be hot.

The burgers are good. However, the chili has made me throw up twice on two separate occasions at this particular restaurant. I've eaten chili most all my life with no problems. Even from other Wendy's locations in other states. I was fine. I remember telling myself I hope I don't get sick again. Ate half of a large chili, and it all came up again! I believe it was food poisoning. Something ain't right! Spoiled meat or not keeping the chili at the right temperature. Anyone else getting sick after eating Wendy's chili?

So happy with my recent experience here. Went to the drive through and was told the drink I wanted was out. The staff made me an alternate one and gave it to me for free. They had no idea but it was my birthday. And they made my freaking day.

Fairy clean restaurant like always and the food is great however it did seem that their food may have gotten even smaller. Nonetheless the Frosty and the burger with bacon on it was still pretty good .

Says they have dining room available Only to get there and drive through only. Pandemic is over open the dining room

I tried to come in the restaurant for dine in but the doors were locked at 10:20 AM even though the sign clearly stated the dining room was open. I tried to get the attention of the staff inside because I was confused as to why the door was locked and they started mocking me and laughing at me. I was extremely angry that they would do this and instead of going through the drive thru I went to Hardee's instead. The staff here needs an attitude check.

Everytime I see a Wendy's I have to stop for a chocolate frosty. Yummy!!!

although it took a while to get our food, and it was the day after Christmas… our food was terrific! it took some time and lots of waiting but it was worth it. thank you!

Specifically ordered Uber eats to try the new frosty and they didn't send the frosty because they shut their machine down for cleaning while scheduled to be open for 3 more hours. I'm going to need managment to get their life together and maybe enroll in community college or something because whatever critical thinking skills they have are clearly not working for you! Personally, I'd rather shyt in my hands and clap than spend this kind of money on dinner just to try a new frosty flavor AND THEY DONT EVEN SEND THE ITEM I BASED BY DINNER CHOICE AROUND.

This location needs to be assessed and fixed. Dining room is never open but they don’t post any signage as to why and when it might reopen

Burgers were hockey pucks... They slid in cheese without asking... The meat in the chili tasted very very old. Do not spend $$ here.

They were out of everything we ordered baked potato out chill cheese fris out of cheese Cheese bugher out of lettuce .this was a Saturday night after a christmas concert said place close your doors.

Even though my food was great, they forgot my sauces for my nuggets and the ranch for my pub fries. They also didn't know which drink I had.

Counter people were terrible. Rude, dis ingenious, back talking 40 year old woman who hates her job. Talking she is having a bad day! So, to work somewhere else is what I say.

The food is typically good but they need crispy fries. Still do not like the fries. There spicy chicken sandwich has seemed to have gone down hill. Not as good as it once was.

Decided to give it another try, but yet AGAIN, messed up the whole order. The dining room is closed still for literally no reason, maybe they just don't want to clean up after people, wouldn't surprise me with the lack of care and work ethic they have, but when your notorious for messing up orders I would allow people in the dining area just for mess ups. If you like Wendy's, don't try this one!!!
