Been
clear,
we
rent
this
place
through
Expedia,
but
result
that
the
room
is
managed
by
and
app
named
Travelio.
First
the
process
was
very
bad,
the
facilities
wasn't
the
same
we
chosen
in
Expedia
and
the
apartment
wasn't
good
in
off.
For
example
the
wifi/tv
box
was
broken,
the
wash
dishes
crane
was
broke,
there
was
not
soap
in
off,
toilet
paper
in
off
and
in
an
apartment
of
an
8th
floor
they
wear
gas
stuff,
very
dangerous.
With
two
kids
in
a
business
travel
with
our
helper,
they
don't
allow
us
to
use
the
swimming
pool
even
though
that
was
one
of
the
reason
we
choose
this
option.
Three
good
thinks
I
have
to
mention
are:
The
desk
staff,
always
ready
to
help,
but
limited
by
regulations.
The
key
men,
his
name
was
Aji,
he
tried
to
do
his
best
but
he
was
also
limited
as
general
worker.
The
position,
is
very
strategic.
5
minutes
by
taxi
to
aeon
mall,
5
minutes
from
ICE
convention
center,
surrounded
by
restaurants
and
close
to
the
highway.
In
conclusion,
in
my
own
experience
I
don't
recommend
Travelio
App.
And
