Went here for an impromptu lash extension appointment, luckily they still have slot for 17.00, which I assume is the last slot. First thing I noticed was the space was very quiet, no music to fill up the silence, and the space was open space, so no privacy between customers and feels a little awkward, but looks very pretty and spacious. There was another customer when I entered. First half of the appointment went smoothly, the staff still wore her mask and still put tissue over my forehead so her hand didn't directly touch my skin. However when the staff did my left eyelash, I noticed that she stopped wearing her mask since I can feel and (unfortunately) smell her breath. She kept yawning too. After the other customer left, the other staff complained that her body hurt, since they didn't have break since 13.00, since the place was crowded. I heard her complain a couple of times and the staff that did my lashes called her towards my bed, and they were laughing. I wasn't sure about what but that definitely made me more uncomfortable than I already was. The staff that did my lash left for the restroom and my lashes was continued by the other staff. Luckily she was more hygienic, since she still wore her mask when working and put tissue back on my forehead. I understand that working non-stop from 13.00 to around 19.00 must be exhausting but it just seems unprofessional for the staffs to complain especially when customers are still around, even if there was just one customer. Them laughing with each other near my bed also didn't help. Makes me feel like I'm intruding. The staff taking off her mask when working that close to another person's face and her hand directly touching my forehead was also a very bad experience. Overall the results are nice, but I wouldn't come back here if not for the promo and would definitely not come back for their late slots. Update: my eyes are very dry and red and feels like there is a scar on my left eye. Will have a check with the doctor buat liat bola matanya ada luka ato ngga. Udh beberapa kali eyelash treatment gapernah ngerasain kyk gini. Definitely would not come back.

Went here for eyelash + nail appointment, but the beautician who did my lashes was very brash when they removed my previous eyelash so it hurt quite a bit. They did work very fast (~1.5 hours for lash + nail) but I did not feel very comfy during the appointment. Nevertheless, nice results with the lash + nail with good price too (:

The admin who handles appointment did not explain the promotion clearly and has attitude. It's as if this is the only lashes and nails place in town. Sorry ya.. Banyak banget tempat lash dan nails di daerah GS. The least you can do adalah handled chat dengan baik and friendly. Don't be so rude to new customer, dari tadinya mau bikin appointment, jadi ga jadi.. Well bye then.
